I’m not saying it was you… but before the season people were touting how Carthage was gonna steam roll through 4A… now it’s the first game of the season and I imagine Carthage will need a game or two with the young players before we see more of a finished product

I’ll reserve judgement for a few weeks

Looking around the region… doesn’t look like anything surprising happened… Brookshire only beating Worthing by 2 is a thing with what they had returning…

I think people may be putting too much stock into the blowout win over a really bad Trinity team last week… Diboll coming off a close loss to a Madisonville team who went 3 rounds last year in 4A… I just don’t think this game will be close

Interesting to see how he does against better competition… I’ll reserve the “We will be watching him on Saturdays opinion” but I’d imagine he could play at the next level based off his athleticism and size. What level at that next level is still to be determined.
