We all know what Silsbee has and is capable of… they are IMO the team to beat in region 3 (Other than Cuero)… but their non district slate has been pretty easy this season hasn’t it? Granted I think a few of those teams were definitely better last year? Not knocking on the tigers just wanted some other opinions on it. I understand you can’t help it if teams are worse the 2nd year of agreeing to play them.

I was an official years ago and haven’t called a game in years… but me personally if I’m the official I’m not blowing the whistle unless play of the ball was interfered with . Also kinda one of those things where I’d have to be there in that situation…also possibly could’ve blown the play dead and replayed the point

Agreed… Realistically people know BC isn’t beating Silsbee,Jasper,HF, or WOS. I think they beat HJ and Liberty and maybe they compete better than last year vs those 4 teams I mentioned…

1. East Chambers 2. Anahuac 3. Buna/Orangefield 4. Buna/Orangefield 5. Kirbyville 6. Tarkington 7. Hardin Kirbyville has only beat teams that aren’t that great… Tarkington is better than last year but I still don’t see them beating Buna or Orangefield. Hardin is bad

And i didn’t mean that in a bad way it just is what it is lol Bellville is the same way… with the exception of a couple years ago when we had 2 D1 RBs it’s the Slot T 98% of snaps… because that’s what fits our kids we have. You rely more on your defense to win you games. Nothing wrong with it

Does Orangefield have the personnel to run something else? A lot of times the slot t is tailored to fit your program. I think people are being a little harsh over a 19-7 loss to a good Woodville team who most likely are the favorites to win their district. You might wanna consider what you graduated and lost from last years team when looking at expectations for this years….
