If Columbia beats La Marque this week they lock up a playoff spot. But a lot of stuff could happen like Sweeny losing out to Royal,Sealy, and Bellville. If both Sweeny and Columbia win this week Sealy won’t make it no matter what happens.

I don’t think plans changing means he will put on a show to remind people… he still has offers from just about every school. He will play like he normally does and thats great lol

We are talking about this year.. my point was Cuero played the same schedule last year to and still beat Silsbee. I’m not disagreeing with you that Silsbee will be the favorite to win IF these two teams meet… lots of football left to be played though

You are right about strength of schedule… and before I say what I’m about to say I do think Silsbee should’ve beat them last year.. BUT strength of schedule didn’t seem to bother Cuero last season

The RB… the OL… and have a D1 QB commit doesn’t hurt lol but that offensive line is a absolute unit… we scrimmaged them this year and I knew then they would be a problem lol

I’m a Bellville resident… but also a realist… and it will be really tough for Bellville to beat Silsbee…. Because what Silsbee can do through the air on offense is Bellville’s weakness on defense lol

Bellville shouldn’t have any issues though until the playoffs as they have out scored their first 3 district opponents 236-10. Yes the competition hasn’t been much but good for the Brahmas to still do what they are supposed to do against those type of teams and remain focused

Updated playoff seeding predictions 1. Bellville 6-0 2. Sweeny 5-1 3. Brookshire Royal 4-2 4. Columbia 3-3 If Sealy get a couple guys back that are injured that includes their QB who is their best player they might could sneak into the 4th spot BUT would need Columbia to lose to La Marque this week. I’m interested to see Sweeny in person the last game of the year. The coach from Rockport Fullerton took over this season and brought his son who is the starting QB with him. They are looking to be much improved from last season.

Think H-F is better than Cuero?

Whoever gets 4th will be tough for us… definitely will have to be the best 4 seed in 4A.. With Bellville playing a fairly weak district schedule it makes it harder on us for sure. But as a whole I think this team is better than last year. Good luck to both teams this week. With us having a bye I’ll be tuned in
