  10. I like Kingwood. I like their discipline play. I just don't see them taking the Eagles this year. I think they miss out on the PO's this year. If a rematch does happen, I'd take SC barring injuries. Don't think they'll let King get off to that hot start again. You could see King was fired up. SC didn't look like they were ready to play in the first half. Halloween night with NS @ King, and Angleton @ La Porte is gonna' be a whale of a night for football. Kiddos might have to get on a waiting list for candy. lol
  11. Carried into the King/SC game also. Tough week for Humble.
  12. Thought this might be the outcome. But, didn’t think King would come out like they did and just make SC look like Pasadena. SC struggled this year against the only decent competition they’ve faced. Not the same on D after losing those 6 D1 players. Still a very good team though. King just too much speed. Sims was on afterburner. Might be a fun rematch in the D2 Final.
  13. That’s not the point. The point is any positive recognition for the program at all. Also, Vype has been about as accurate as DCTF as far as that goes. DCTF doesn’t have a great track record this year either.
  14. Yep. Aggies are hitting pretty hard on both our teams. Mama is happy.
  15. The Tristan Oakes pitch pick off play is #7 highlight.
  16. Stepp personally picked BH in an upset on Inside Houston High School Sports today.
  17. State of Texas 2028 La Porte RB Sean Simon‍ 27 carries, 380 yards, 5 touchdowns Folks, let me introduce you to one of the best-looking young running back prospects in the Lone Star State. Simon emerged onto the scene last season when he became one of the featured ball carriers for a La Porte team that went deep into the 5A Division I playoffs. A sturdy kid that shows great contact balance and power, Simon’s output last week vs. Kingwood Park set a school record for most yards in a game. He’s already on the radar of Trooper Taylor and the Aggies, having visited Texas A&M a couple of weeks ago. [Hidden Content] @easttexiasbias
  18. Vype moved RSS into their GHA Top 10 at #9 this week after their win over the Eagles. I can’t remember the last time they were ranked by anyone. Had to be back in the 90’s?
  19. Angleton should take it by at least 2 scores—probably 3 or more. The ponies seem a little down this year. I projected Crosby as 3rd seed preseason, so their win didn’t really surprise. But, Friendswood just hasn’t looked all that sharp.
  20. It didn’t take RSS to show you that. And, Homecomings at the Hill are fun. Of course, they do tend to get mad and not let you play there any more…
  21. Don’t want to take anyone lightly. But, I hope some rest for the starters is possible. He’d need 378 yards and/or 6 TD’s to break what he just set last game. He’s at 1310 yards already this year. 262 ypg average.
  22. First real test for PAM. Will be keeping an eye on this contest. If Barrier keeps tossing up gimme's like he has so far this season, this could get ugly. If not, it will be closer than some expect. I could see BH pulling the upset if PAM gets frustrated. I think the game will come down to pressure on Barrier. PAM pressure = Barrier INT's = PAM win.
  23. The Kempner Cougars enter the contest at Bulldog Stadium carrying a 3-2 record overall after dropping their first two district games against Kingwood Park & New Caney Porter. Kempner has been held to 9 total points in district play. La Porte enters the contest with a record of 4-1, and 2-0 in district play after convincing wins over Friendswood and Kingwood Park. The Cougars desperately want to notch their first district win, and the Dawgs want to continue to improve, and avoid injuries. Last year, LP won the match-up 56-16. Who comes out on top in the battle between the Cats & the Dawgs? The game will be streamed free on LPsportsNET YouTube Channel. [Hidden Content]
