Also, just doing a quick glance at school sizes, looks like it was much smaller Texas schools (Kountze, Jasper) matched up with much larger schools (Barbe, Sulphur)

Seems like the Louisiana schools were from across the state, versus a very small corner of SETX. Not sure how that was done, but still a cool experience even being at Sulphur High School instead of McNeese

Pretty good win for OF with only having one practice with the football kids. Really wish they could have talked Gonzo into playing, but even without him OF’s depth is going to be its biggest weapon. Second half they really pulled away even with Willis being in foul trouble.

Think that Vidor can give BC fits with how hard they play and how tough they will be to score on. BC will have the best player in the district with Bush and have the advantage at post. But the two guards from Vidor are very good players.

Last realignment OF was 541. Latest count was in the upper 520s

The growth is coming. There are housing divisions in the process of being built, but they are still a few years off from seeing that reflected in the numbers at the schools.

OF has less kids than last realignment is what I understand
