You dont think everybody is doing some form of.spring football... without pads.of.course as was noted. The x-factor for Nederland this year will be a very, very good running game, couple with a solid defensive line and secondary. Nederland stays healthy and they will be a tough out every night.

Could move Lee into 21-5A and give 22-5A Dayton or the Hill. Would make two 8 team districts and a 6 avoiding bye's in district.

Why is Texas making wholesale changes and bringing in a receiver who hasn't played all day late, who then lines up off the line of scrimmage negating a TD.  This can't happen, what are they doing?

That was a terrible route, you can't just run straight down the field and turnaround letting the db cut in front of you... that's bad receiver play.  If I play defense at Texas, I might be getting a little frustrated at this point, that makes two weeks in a row that they play lights out and don't even have a chance because of offense and Special teams.

If you woulda told me that Texas would have over a hundred yards of offense and OU less than five after the 1qtr, I'd have expected UT to have a nice lead... this team can't get out of it's own way just yet.

Keep in mind this Nederland team is Very, Very good.  This offense has the potential to be better than last year with that o-line in place and those two huge mismatches on the outside.

WOS has an EPIC freshman class, they are at a totally different level than any group, 3 through 5a in my opinion.

It is no secret that WOS stacks the box and counts on their dbs to shutdown the pass man on man.  The fact that Nederland didn't run that effectively in this scrimmage is of no concern against this scheme and the personnel it brings.  Wasn't there, but I would guess all Nederland hit in the running game was a few quick traps.

Pretty certain Dayton gave Neumann his biggest home loss ever.  Don't worry though Soulja, you'll get a chance to prove yourself soon enough.

Seay and Kimler will create nightmare matchups for opposing defenses.  And the running game will be their strength.. gonna be a potent offense.
