First of all... Great game and Congratulations.
I learned a couple things last night.
1) Manvel isn't near as good as we have been in the past.
2) Crosby isn't near as bad as I thought they were. 
I can think of a million reasons why Manvel loss but it boils down to one... Crosby's will to win a ball game last night. You guys have reason to be proud and it wasn't so much about "WHO" they played but "HOW" they played. Crosby kids fought until the bell and earned my respect. That's 100! 

I hate to see kids get injured... Hopefully RJ makes a full recovery and rejoins his team.
Praying all goes well.

LOL! Thats a whole bunch of typing. I'm very glad you are being rational. With your years of experience I'm pretty sure you have been wrong once or twice. LOL!
TBH Crosby doesn't look any better than Clear Lake on film. Angleton (scrimmage)punished them physically and NC just didn't have the players to compete. Manvel by 14+.

The answer to this question is... NO

After watching Angleton hold Foster to 3 offensive pts I was impressed with their defense. Problem they will have against Manvel is much like NS they have no real passing game. It's tough to be one dimensional against a team like Manvel and win.

No need to prove me wrong this week because I feel Manvel should and will win. Now I did say the winner of the regions 1 vs 2 will win state. I can assure you I never deleted my post. 

I know I’m biased from the butt whoopin we took from manvel but until proven differently,,Manvel is state champs this year..by no means am I saying Nederland is any shape a state champion team,just know manvel is tough Big and fast!!!

Could be.   The UIL has shown that it doesn't have any problem with pairing it with Greater Houston schools and you already have New Caney, Caney Creek, Porter and K Park ready to go.

I try to stay humble... and I didn't put this on the wire but when I start watching CP film in told the Manvel community that Nederland is better than CP PERIOD!!  Better RB, Better WR, Better Special teams etc...
I came to that conclusion Monday of last week and shared my thoughts amongst the Manvel family.

#heartbreaking! So MUCH talent on the Titan team.....AWESOME young men....several of whom I taught when I worked in PAISD.
