2.

I'm so tired of hearing all of this talk about Price and Gage.  Football coaches aren't hired to have good people skills or to high five people coming off the sidelines.  They are hired to win and set an example for young men to follow.  Price did that better than most and Gage is doing a good job of it now for the most part.  Ive never seen Bill Belichek chest bump a player coming off the field.....does that make him less of a coach than Rex Ryan who does it all the time??  He'll no it doesn't. Coaches are asked to lead by example and win. Just because it didn't fit your style of coach doesn't make him/her a bad coach. Price had 95% of the high school athletics winning district championships.  That speaks for itself. Who gives a flip if he wasn't a great PR guy?? This isn't college athletics where you have to sell yourself to the BCS and recruit kids from all over the country. Price did a great job in all sports and Gage is picking up where he left off. They both have been successful in their own styles. Just leave it alone and talk about the present. CE King is up next and I know Gage will have his boys ready to roll and put it on the Panthers.  Let's go get it Eagles!  I'd much rather talk about the young men on the field pouring their guts out every Friday night.  Bring the wood tomorrow BH!
I give a flip and my son has played for both. There is a distinctly positive difference.
I have a brother and plenty of family friends that played for both an no theres not. Had/have friends on both staffs too. Two different styles with similar results so far. You don't see it that way because you choose not too. I'm done talking about the past. Gage is doing a hell of a job in the PRESENT.
 3. Interception returned for a TD by Sarria! Heck of a play and a great block by Dolan on the return. 38-10 BH.
 4. TD pass from Denny to Newcomb. 31-10 BH. I double checked on my adding machine this time.  ;D

 6. Man that was hard to watch....flat on offense and a lot of missed tackles on defense.  Good news is we scored 4 td's and threw a shutout lol! I think it was pretty obvious to most of the folks in the stands that we didn't come out and play like the team that beat Nederland and Dayton.  We need to refocus and get that swagger back....we should've easily scored 40 points tonight. I tip my hat to the NF players though and the few fans that did show up.  They played their tails off the RIGHT way and never quit.  That in itself is something to be proud of in the midst of a tough situation over there.  Good luck to NF the rest of the way. Feels weird to be somewhat disappointed about a blow out!!  8) 8)
 7. "No one is putting up any point totals in the 30's or 40's out of 20-4A OR 19-4A against that Nederland D.  Those kids are salty and play HARD.  I think I'm going to take Nederland in a close one.  Nederland 23 Livingston 21" This was my prediction....tried to warn you guys about that Dog Defense.  ;D  Sounds like they put the brakes on an impressive offense tonight. Congrats to Big Ned on a quality win. Keep grinding it out and stay in the "Who's Next for an @$$ Whippin'" frame of mind. If you slip up for even one week it can cost you.  BH played the flattest I've seen them play all year tonight because they got complacent.  Good luck to both teams the rest of the way!
 8. Yeah, we just think the BH Defense is strong right now.  Jesus Christ if we had Dutton back there at safety ball-hawking everything it wouldn't even be fair.  He is one of the best, if not the best athlete in the school.  Haven't seen many folks able to match up with him when there is a ball up for grabs.  The kid just goes and gets it whether he's at safety or at receiver....I really wish he would have been able to get on the field this year.  No telling how good that defense could have been with him roaming around back there.  My guess would be 3 or 4 interceptions at this point in the season. QB's better be aware of where he is when they let that ball go next year.

 10. This will be a blow out as long as Lee doesn't figure out that they can air the ball out and try to "out-athlete" people vertically.  They definitely left points on the field by not doing this against us.  Once you get up on Lee though will lay roll over and play dead and/or try to start cheap shotting.  #65 and #23 were two of the dirtiest players I've seen in a while.  The two of them threw at least 4 unseen punches last night.  #65 threw another that was finally seen by a ref and got a personal foul.  Lee as a team threw 7 that I saw and most of them were BEFORE the game got out of hand......just ridiculous. Tell the Broncos to keep their cool and not get caught up in all of that.  I would hate to see yall get someone ejected for relatiation.  Good luck Broncos! Broncos 45 Ganders 17
 11.
No UMBRELLAS! Raincoats or panchos
Haha good call!  Although some of the Lee parents might be able to use them to shield their children from the carnage on the field  ;D
 12. I have a feeling that the Eagles aren't going to miss a beat after last week's big win.  Hopefully both sides will finish the contest healthy. Let's just hope everyone in the stands won't be needing umbrellas. Eagles  31 Ganders 7
 13.

Congrats to the Eagles. They beat Dayton in all aspects of the game--offense--defense, Dayton was out hustled and out played. BH offense played their ball control style and had the Dayton D exhausted by mid-way in the 4th. BH defense was even more impressive--# 32 is a BEAST. When Dayton got a gift late in the 4th on a turnover, all we needed was a couple of first downs to kick a game winning field goal and steal the game with no time on the clock, the BH defense was having none of it. In all likelihood the Eagles won the District Title last night and I look for them to make a deep run in the play-offs. Congrats again. I love my Broncos but it is gut-check time now---we will see what we are made of. And that is how I see it.
Good post.....
All I know is that I'd hate to be a Yellow Jacket next week.  Broncos are gonna be out for vengeance and GP is going to end up on the bad side of a beating.
 14.
i have a feeling 19-4a isn't going to have an undefeated team.
I respectfully disagree  ;D Next week might be our biggest test after an emotional win this week.  It's hard to keep the level of play consistent after such a big win.  Keep your heads on straight Eagles and go take care of business next week!
 15. Great game on both sides.  Surprisingly clean given the amount of emotion and competitive juices leading into this game.  Just a good old fashioned slug fest.  Speaks to the quality and class of the kids on the both sides. Hats off to Coach Gage and his staff for making some gutsy calls late.  I was very impressed with the play calling and the gamesmanship.  BH defense was on the field FOREVER in the second half and was able to hold strong, even after having turnovers in BH territory in the 4th.  This LB corps might end up being one of the best, if not THE best to ever come through The Hill.  Keep getting better guys and be the leaders on D.  Loved seeing the downhill tough running from #20.  GREAT blocking and GREAT running last night.  Keep feeding that fella the rest of the year! Great game Broncos and great game Eagles.  Let's both make a run and carry that 19-4A banner deep into the playoffs!
 16. All in all that honestly was one of the best high school football games I've seen/played in.  Goodness gracious both sides came out laying the wood and I couldn't be more proud of the Eagles for being the last ones standing.  The defense hadn't come within 10 miles of being tested like that thus far this year.  The LBs kept it going and grew stronger as a unit last night.  The looked like a wrecking crew out there throwing bombs.  One thing that we were needing and finally got last night was solid cornerback play.  They made a ton of tackles last night and were tested OFTEN....hats off to them for stepping up last night in coverage and in the run.  I don't think Dayton has anything to worry about...we all know they will be taking part in the playoffs and still be a FORCE.  This can actually be called a rivalry now.  It's not officially a rivalry until both teams win one  ;D  Hats off to the Dayton posters for being classy and not making this an excuse-fest.  I have the utmost respect for yall's team and now for yall's fans/posters.  Losing with grace is more impressive sometimes than winning without class. (Hat being tipped)

With the Dayton Swiss Cheese D we should throw up 300 with noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo problem 8) And as i said before if BH hits 300 then game over!
The fumbles were qb-center exchanges not from contact. I am sure it won't happen this week.
Let's see....qb-center exchanges huh: ] ] ]
RollinAC....BH15 was obviously referring to the Nederland game and not the massacre that happened last year that you so kindly referenced in your YouTube videos.  ;D
 18. Well if that's the case I'm sure there are plenty of Daytonians that could qualify as our next mascot!  Tryouts are this Friday night at 7pm in Eagle Stadium...you will only be considered if you're wearing purple!  ;D  ;D
