[/quote] Lighten up....if you're aiming this comment at BH posters only then must not post nor read many posts on this site.  This forum is filled with parents/grandparents/siblings/extended family/baby mamas/(well you get the point)...that support their team/kids.  Sounds like you're getting a little flustered and taking it out on us poor little old BH supporters.  Take a step back, take a deep breath and relax.  I can assure you that if you click on any thread involving BH, Dayton, PNG, Nederland, Vidor or pretty much anyone in 19-4A/20-4A you will continue to have this same sentiment no matter who you are rooting for. I am also hoping to see an injury free game!  Good luck to all and go Eagles!

MVP - Tyler Newcomb Off MVP - Aston Walker Def MVP - Garrett Dolan Newcomer - Austin Walker Newcomb played well again and had 2 big KO returns (one costly fumble too) Couldn't stop Walker with the district's best defense so he gets the nod Dolan had at least 15 tackles, called his name out all night.  Couple TFLs too. Couldn't stop Walker with the district's best defense X2

Hats off to the Cougars. Played a hell of a game and wanted it more.  Can't take anything away from you guys.  The twins are going to be a force to be reckoned with the next few years.  Hopefully this pisses the Eagles off going into next week and they take it out on the next opponent.  As well as giving Crosby some steam heading into the playoffs. Good luck to the Cougs, y'all earned the victory tonight.  Good luck to all of 19-4A, let's go make some noise! Congrats Eagles on an out right district championship.  Let's make the next team pay.

...and these posters remind me of the posters leading into the Dayton/BH game this year.  Lot of inflated point totals having the purple team picked as a BIG winner followed by a loss to the lowly Eagles.  It will be deja vu in 2012....

[/quote] It'll be more like reloading mode instead of rebuilding mode.  Dolan will be back and stronger than ever and will be the front runner for Def MVP and in the discussion for MVP.  Denny will still be there and be in the equation for MVP/Off MVP.  On top of that Dutton for BH will be back and have a shot at either Def MVP/Off MVP depending on where the coaches use him at.  Expect big things from that kid next year, he is an amazing athlete and just been sidelined by knee injuries.  The Crosby twins are obviously the front runners for the offensive awards but I know Dayton and GCM have some young kids that could make an impact next year as well. BH will definitely be losing some battle tested, talented starters.  Fortunately we will be replacing them with talented kids.  Week 1 in 2012 we won't be as good as Week 1 in 2011, but around playoff time we have a chance to be close to it IMO.

GCMPats has singlehandedly defended his team (very well, might I add) all year and cracked me up despite that dismal record lol. Last year against crosby a horse collar broke our running backs leg but it was not a dirty hit had he hit him while he was clearly out of bounds I woulf feel much different [/quote] The key phrase in your post is "I heard".  I was at the game and saw the film.  The QB had one foot out of bounds after making a nice play to get out of trouble in the backfield...our LB was coming from all the way across the field and it was a bang-bang play.  The QB went out of bounds a split second before our LB got there and we were flagged accordingly for it.  It wasn't dirty, it was a late hit on a hustle play from the backside LB.  You typically see AT LEAST one of these a game.  That doesn't make everyone dirty.
