  11. Again, I caution. Don't worry about what someone trying to make his school look so very big by making others look so very small. WO-S knows what it has and so does the state, and quite frankly, most think it is pretty darned good. More than good enough for this Mustang fan I can assure you of that! And from looking at what Nederland posters have posted over the years here, it appears that they feel the same. It will be a whale of a game Friday which I doubt will be as lopsided as some believe. But after Friday night, WO-S will focus on the remaining 9 on their schedule (Coach Thompson wouldn't allow anything else) and Nederland will focus on remaining 9 on their schedule (Coach Neumann wouldn't either). If a poster from another school want to focus on the Mustangs or Bulldogs and chide them in an effort to make his school look bigger and badder, so be it.
  12. ORANGE COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT CALLED IN AS WILD HORSES STOMP HELPLESS DOGS WEST ORANGE - Members of the Orange County Sheriff's Office, Precinct 2 Constables and the West Orange Police Department were called to a disturbance as Dan R. Hooks Stadium in West Orange on Friday night to investigate frantic calls by attendees at the stadium that a stampede of wild horses had occurred, resulting in injury to a number of bulldogs. According to one sobbing eyewitness, "IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! The poor dogs tried to get out of the way but every direction that they turned, there were 4 or 5 horses waiting on them!!" The witness continued "there were times when a few brave doggies tried to get in the way, but they were just kicked aside!" When reached for comment, West Orange mayor Roy McDonald expressed his concern about this incident, noting that it was not the first time the wild horses had created chaos in this area. According to McDonald, "This activity has been going on for years!" Fortunately, West Orange Police Chief Michael Stelly confirmed that none of the injuries to the canines were serious. "They are awful shook up," said Stelly, "but it looks like they will be okay." In a related matter, the West Orange Police Department was called back to the stadium later in the evening to address a disturbance in the parking lot. According to police reports, the disturbance was caused by a man dressed in red shirt with what appeared to be the logo of the Penn State University mascot in white who was jumping up and down, clutching what appeared to be printouts of preseason internet high school football predictions and screaming repeatedly, "It doesn't matter what happened in there, y'all both suck!" The man was transported by ambulance to the mental health unit of St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, where he was provided with needed medication and released to the care of his guardian early Saturday morning.
  13. No argument. One of your brothers in red needs to read this as well.
  14. Guys, don't worry about it! WO-S is going to worry about the 10 schools on THEIR schedule. They're not worried about anybody else. If the supporter of another school wants to come on an try to make their school look so very big by trying make other schools in the area look so very small, let them go for it.
  15. Well, you need to start it off and get things going!

  18. We'll leave it to the rest of y'all to put up predictions on the mythical matchups. At this point, there is only one match up that WO-S is looking at, and that is Nederland. There is one who seems to focus on this match up when he should be worried (and very worried indeed) about a match up with another equine opponent.
  19. Damn you, Mike Sanchez! Damn you!
  20. <SIGH!!!!!> I'll be right behind my laptop updating and giving y'all the latest score updates all weekend long! Some people have all of the fun
