So far from what I have seen it is Ryan Donahoe from HJ when I think of consistancy but win Jarvis is hot he is pretty good too.

maybe I should have put the top 5 coaches....It is hard to tell just by wins and losses. But I think there are several that have made bball their life. they do so much more than just coach at school and in doing so it is shown in wins and losses.

OK scooter. I went to the game tonight to get my own opinion of Jcovin, and he is the real deal. I would have to say he was at the top of the top 30, but donahoe isn't too far behind him. Great game PAM.

I saw BH gym at the tourney, it was awesome, I still have to say evadales gym overall, but their are several aspects of BH gym I like better.

Who is the best highschool Basketball coach in the southeast texas

I know i cant stand it when fans leave early no matter what the score. What does it say to the kids on the court......it says I give up. I'm glad Warren faught through the whole game, it never pays to give up.

I think everyone gets excited, I did not hear any fans or parents get bad during the HJ OF game, maybe I was at a different game or something, OF did have several kids come over to the visitor side, how do you expect to be treated when you go to the other teams side and start talking smack to a bunch of highschool kids, I never heard anything vulger or inappropriate at all they were just enjoying the game and supporting the team. Yes the booing was a little much. and wow sometimes their is one or two people that cross the line I saw it several times not just by HJ but others as well, I'm smart enough to know that I shouldn't sterotype all of O.F. by the actions of one or two. Some people just get caught up in the competition and forget it is just a game.

We have played several in your face type defenses like WOS we enjoy great games and don't mind them a bit. it's all about preparing for post season, and yes the big guy is slow but i think he scored quite a few points against OF and had a lot of rebounds, he has been steady improving all year, and we are proud of him so don't be talkin smack he is a good kid. You must have height envy.

Dang...yepyep don't like Hj for some reason, always haten on Hawks. And I'm sure he has personally seen all of those teams he listed play numerous games. HJ will go to the playoffs and SHOULD go deep, but it is still highschool basketball and you never know when you will have a bad game just like they did in silsbee and when they played dayton, but don't go writing them off, support our area. I also think EC and Kountze have a great chance to go very deep.

Well I'm jealous 4 sure. especially when I see our gym like it is HJ it was built in early 60's I believe, but both of you make very good points, I think there will be many schools going out for bond elections to take advantage of the tax credits. And I do agree about the PLANK you just do not see craftsmenship like that anymore. It is a buitiful work of art, And I saw OF gym tonight, i have to say I was very impressed, it was a very nice gym. Crowd made more noise than last game it just looked like their was about half of the Hecklers than the first of the year. Yau Ming...he is not..DD a k a...BIG WOO!!! is playing better every game. We are proud of all of them they are starting to play like they did at the first of the year.
