Astros with a 6-3 win over junior. One game back of Seattle, 6 ahead of junior. Houston has the best record in MLB since June 1st at 24-11. Astros have won 17 of the last 21 games, 10 straight at home.

It's already being made into a racial issue. Black city manager recommends black police chief. All 4 white city council members vote no. This will be interesting.

Exactly. @Englebert always makes it personal. -
Make sure and keep this enthusiasm when posting Beaumont news. Oh that's right, you don't.

Correct. Just like one could say there are more educated whites than there are educated blacks. Correct? There are more white athletes than there are black athletes. Correct? There are more white teachers, professors than black teachers, professors. Correct? There are more white doctors than black doctors. Correct? There are more white................ The point being, you cannot make a comparison of numbers between two races when one race out numbers the other by 5-6 times. But you can compare by ratios and percentages. But you don't want to discuss that comparison. -
When it comes to labeling someone a thug, I bow to your expertise. Particularly the ones outside of Beaumont.

Where is @BMTSoulja1 and his "thug" posts when you need him?

Just curious as to how you came to rank each team individually? But since you don't have time to back up your ranking, then maybe one should not be so critical of someone else's ranking.
-
Please breakdown your top 10 Region III team by team. Returning starters, lost starters, etc. Really curious as to the order you have each team ranked.
-
What other sources?
-
If you are talking about Maxpreps, I now understand your way of thinking. SMH So you actually have reviewed all of the Region III 3A DII team rosters? Impressive. You should get paid.
-
What homework? Inquiring minds want to know.
-
How do you know of all these teams key starters returning? What other factors?

That won't happen for at least 3 years. -
After starting off the season 7-19, Astros have gone 36-22 since. Had the best record in baseball for the month of June. Over a month ago Houston was 8th in the AL in runs scored, 13th in runs allowed. Now the Astros are 6th in runs scored and 7th in runs allowed. Offense has been consistent but the pitching has definitely improved. Also, Houston leads all of MLB in team batting average (.265) and have the fewest team strikeouts (575) in all of MLB. Next lowest is Padres with 594. Astros were at one point the worst team in baseball with blown save opps. At one point Houston had blown 10 saves in 18 opportunities. Now that stat is at 18 saves in 31 opps. So they have converted on 10 of last 13 save opportunities. Those blown save opps earlier in season could have Houston in 1st place right now. The current projections (based on remaining schedules and current trends) has Houston winning division with 89 wins. Seattle predicted to finish with 87 wins. Rangers predicted to finish with 79 wins.

You said it. What are your regional rankings based on?
-
Not your job? Could have swore you knew better than the experts with all your criticism.
-
On June 18, the Astros were 10 games behind Seattle and 3.5 games back of Texas. 13 days later, Houston is just 3.5 back of Seattle and 4.5 ahead of Texas. Stros need to continue this pace to the all star break.

Lets see your top 25 for the state. Lets' see your top 10 for Region III.
