1. I will be there standing along the sidelines taking notes. Will make a complete report of this scrimmage later tonight. Heard it will be a controlled scrimmage for half, then two timed quarters. No kicking game.
 2. Thanks for all you have done, Chip. We particularly thank you here at SETXsports. You helped us get off the ground and it's greatly appreciated.

 4. They said you wasn't going to beat Cibolo Steele, you lost. See a pattern. ;)

I would guess The Butch is the largest, followed by The Reservation maybe??
look on the Texas Bob site. for the most part its accurate.
If you would look a little closer on our site you would see that we have all the SETX stadiums listed in a sticky topic at the top of the football forum. ::) ::) ::) ::) Come on people!!!!
 7. Just got back from Jasper. Was a tremendous turnout for James. Very successful benefit for one of Lamar's best. Spoke with Rod Gulley, current head basketball and assistant football coach at Newton and James nephew. Rod said he personally delivered over 200 plates himself. The BBQ was completely sold out!! Great to see that kind of support for a former Lamar great and I am very proud of the Southeast Texans who showed their support. Thanks to all the volunteers, job well done. BTW, the BBQ was fantastic!!!

 9. Please take that talk to the political forums. Thank you
 10. Wow, some of these Huffman posters are really making Huffman look like pompous *****. Sad, very sad.

Just not in top ten. Yet.
WO-S did not receive any votes in the AP poll.
 12.
What about LCM? What do they have this year?
Not much. Lost both big men and shooting guard.
 13. Benefit is today. Go support this Lamar great and get's some great BBQ.
 14. [Hidden Content] Silsbee has 126 out for football this year(avg. about 31 per class). Those numbers are up from past few years. Last year only had about 90 total out. Pretty good numbers for 3A.

 16.
Looking for Cardinal Softball Info. on fall Softball season?
I recommend you visit Lamarcardinals.com. They should have some info that you may need. We will try to get some ourselves but high school football is taking precedent for us staff members.
 17. According to my sources, those freshmen will be attending Central.

 19. If this is suppose to be 4A Region III only, then why is La Marque and Yates listed?
 20. I was there, saw plenty of those games. Can't say I made all of those games in '97 and '98 (work and raising two sons ages 6 and 3 at the time, kept me from making all the games). I worked shift work during that time (at Louisiana-Pacific particleboard mill just north of town) so couldn't make all the games. Funny, but I didn't pay much attention to who the manager was for those two teams. Sorry. Not sure what your point is with not seeing me at the games while you were in high school. Doesn't change the fact of what my current relationships are with the current coaching staff. BTW, I coached Chaney and Elam in Little League and Little Dribblers.
 21.

From what I saw of Livingston at Silsbee's summer tourney, the Lions will make the playoffs out of 20-4A.
I dont thing they will aaw not this year.I would like for them to win dist but they want this year.
Well I am not picking the Lions to win district, but I fully expect them to make the playoffs. Are you saying that Livingston will lose to one or more of these teams: Lumberton, LCM, PNG and Vidor?
 22. I am trying to set a scrimmage schedule to attend this Friday and Saturday. Need some of you to help verify what time and dates these scrimmages will take place: Orangefield @ Vidor (is this scrimmage scheduled for 8am Friday?) West Hardin, Legacy @ Kountze (is it still Friday at 4:30pm?) Deweyville, Kirbyville @ Hamshire-Fannett (is it still at 11am on Saturday?) Anahuac @ Buna (what time and is it on Saturday?) Hull-Daisetta scrimmage (not sure what time, date and team they are scrimmaging) Please post if you know for certain. I am trying to make as many scrimmages as possible those two days.
 23. I thought this scrimmage was Saturday at 6pm, not Friday at 6pm.
