I have seen both Kelly and The Village this season. I will be highly surprised if Kelly beats The Village. -
An example of how some gyms are set up for visitor and home fans. Last night at WO-S, they have four sections of bleachers (1 section behind the WO-S bench, 1 behind the visitor bench, other two sections are directly across the floor from the aforementioned sections). The home fans (WO-S) get 3 of those sections. (behind home bench, and both sections across the floor). Visitors get the section behind the visiting team bench. That's it. Silsbee fans were regulated to sit in that section and that section only. Those are the rules of that gym. Is it fair? That's debatable but it is still the rules of that particular gym. Every gym I have been to have designated seating areas for home and visitors. There are usually signs directing the fans. If not, then law enforcement directs or school admins direct. Pretty simple to me. Based on my age and what I do, I think I have seen my share of gyms in my lifetime, more than most on this site. ;)

Silsbee shot 30 more free throws than WOS? Really???
Yes, that stat is correct. Silsbee attacked the rim with a vengeance last night, particularly Holmes. WO-S committed several fouls on the Tigers while in the act of shooting thus sending Silsbee to the line to shoot two. Also at the end of each half Silsbee was in the double bonus therefore each foul regardless if shooting or not resulted in the Tigers shooting two free throws. It added up quickly. Silsbee looked to be a step quicker than the Stangs, particularly Holmes. WO-S had no answer for him.
Hey Ned fans, how badly could we have used another 6'4" big body last night to bang with ToeToe (#24) and take some intensity off from Weisbrod? SMH
I thought the "savior" was coming this week to save the season for Nederland? Didn't Coach English have a meeting last weekend to "beg" the "savior" to join the team this week? ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::)

If people would read the HUGE banner indicating where home and visitors were to sit a rope fence and armed guards would not be needed. READ THE SIGNS AND FIND YOUR SEAT ACCORDINGLY. What was so hard to understand about the HUGE banner?
Every gym has that. It's where they 'prefer you to sit. They don't call in security to force you to sit somewhere. There's a difference.
Oh yes they do. I have seen law enforcement move fans to their proper sections in many gyms.

I have been sitting behind the Ned bench. Before the Ozen varsity game we left to grab something to eat before varsity. When we returned Ozen fans were not only sitting in this reserved section, they were sitting in our friends "stadium seats". We were willing to sit elsewhere but they wouldn't get out of the "stadium seats". Talk about classless. Police had to intervene to force them to return our friends "stadium seats". Are you kidding me. Then throughout the game an obnoxious Ozen fan sitting very close to coach English kept attacking him personally constantly. That section has always been for player families and needs to remain as such. I agree with the enforcement of this policy. There was plenty of seating upstairs for those sitting in the wrong section.
I don't know about the Ozen fans, but the Central fans were in those seats while the JV game was going on. No one got up. there were Nederland fans there. There were no problems. After the JV games were finished the announcement was made. At that point is when the Jag faithful got enraged. It was truly uncalled for. If You didn't want anyone to sit there, rope that area off prior to the beginning of the freshmen game.
I 100% agree with your last statement. Sides and sections need to be determined before the doors are open.
