Well technically, Hemphill can lose that game and be tied with PC for 4th. PC has to win to force tie with Hemphill and set up a play in game for 4th.

Diboll's loss to Central Heights at Diboll was a bit disturbing.

AP won, take over 1st in OVC conference. Adams finished with 20 points. Played great defense on Murray State's best perimeter player.

But he was talking about game threads on here. The game thread for United/NS the first time didn't even make one complete page. That's what he was talking about. Silsbee wasn't on a two game losing streak up to that game thread. BTW, Silsbee lost their first 6 games of the season, but still garnered a lot of interest and attention on here.

So what are you going to do? Make 20-25 posts yourself on the game thread so that it rivals the "little 4A thing"? I will just say this, the number of listeners in the broadcast I did for United/West Brook were not even half of what listened to Silsbee/HJ. I promoted both broadcast equally.

Nope. He was instructing the players which is a no no. Have to be an employee of the district in order to "coach" students.

Duncanville HC Samples is suspended for 1 game this coming season and program is on probation for one year because they violated UIL rules in the use of a volunteer coach. You cannot have a person on staff giving instruction without being an employee of the school district. Samples owned up to it and they will not be appealing.

I have learned that the Texas City/Santa Fe game was called due to a huge bench clearing brawl in the game. No word yet on what actions will be taken and if both teams will have to forfeit. I do not know what the score was when the game was called. If it ends up a double forfeit then TC will be back tied with Crosby for 1st in 22-5A.
