Scrimmage today @ Port Arthur Memorial which included Sabine Pass, Colmesneil, Bobe Hope, Memorial and United. Timberwolves did what they were supposed to do in these matchups.

They better wet it down for that September 7th game too...

Well volleyball practice gets underway tomorrow with a scrimmage Friday @ Port Arthur Memorial and another scrimmage Saturday @ Houston Northbrook before kicking the season off August 7th @ Beaumont Kelly.

We will see how much of a home field advantage it is come September 7th. Being that it is the only game that the Timberwolves will play on grass this year, they practice on grass everyday...

Without even having to look at the discussions you are referring to, I can bet Bulldog Stadium and the Reservation is out of the question. Money talks, let them use the Thomas Center. They would have to adjust their 5 games to this but it would be better than playing 10 true road games this year. Saturday, September 1st vs Deer Park Friday, September 7th vs Houston Madison Thursday, September 27th or Saturday, September 29th vs Galena Park Saturday, October 20th vs Porter Thursday, November 1st vs Houston Wisdom Problem solved. Or they can make Babe Zaharious their home stadium for the year.

Seriously, I guess they have 2 options, play all 10 games as road games this year or see if they can use Bulldog Stadium (Nederland), The Reservation (PN-G), The Thomas Center (BISD) or Provost Umphrey Stadium (Lamar) for their home games.
