The SETX previews, Dave Campbell's magazine and the other local publication that will be released soon is all you need to get ready for football season. PA Memorial will have more competition in their 3 non-district games (Deer Park, Houston Madison & Beaumont United) than their district ones...

Well I'm excited about the potential of the WR's that I've seen so far this year at The U. The Jaguars had 3 receivers that could have been good if not great last year but for whatever reason the coaching staff chose to just run the ball. I don't see that being a problem with AL this year. The good thing is United will be flying under the radar early on but in my opinion, there will be a couple of Timberwolves on this list by the end of the season.

No guarantee that 5A and 6A playoff games will be on Fridays. They could play on Thursdays or Saturdays as well. Everyone should go to this format for the 1st round. Keep it simple. For the 2nd round, it shouldn't be an issue booking a neutral field for playoff games.
