  1. Now that I've corrected my standings... Port Neches-Groves 8-0 (Division 2, #1 Seed) vs ??? Vidor 6-2 (Division 2, #2 Seed) vs Crosby Port Arthur Memorial 6-2 (Division 1, #1 Seed) vs New Caney Porter Beaumont Central 5-3 (Division 1, #2 Seed) vs New Caney Nederland 5-3 Lumberton 3-5 I need to know where I can find a Pirate shirt because I am a fan of theirs the rest of the season
  2. Copied, pasted and edited from another thread... I know the games still have to be played but if we all can agree, our 3 bottom teams are Livingston, Baytown Lee and Beaumont Ozen. So looking at the schedules, any of the other 6 teams that still have to play one of those 3, I adjusted their district records to show wins over them and I put the other remaining opponents out to the side. Done alphabetically... Beaumont Central...4-2...Lumberton and Port Neches-Groves Lumberton...3-3...Beaumont Central and Nederland Nederland...4-2...Lumberton and Port Neches-Groves Port Arthur Memorial...6-1...Vidor Port Neches-Groves...5-0...Vidor, Beaumont Central and Nederland Vidor...5-1...Port Neches-Groves and Port Arthur Memorial Normally 5-3 would get you in but we could have a log jam at 5-3 so the for sure magic number is 6...
  3. You are correct...
  4. Yes, it was a legit offside call at the end. They threw a bunch both ways. I actually felt the refs called a pretty even game. Most of ours were unsportsmanlike 15 yarders, I think 3 of them.
  5. That is a big difference...
  6. I'm picking against the Pirates the rest of the way for playoff purposes. Just for next week, Go Indians.
  7. At 2-3 in district play, this is an elimination game for the Raiders. 4 losses got into the playoffs last year but not this year.

  9. Just like he and ALL his Bulldog buddies said prior to the game, that we didn't have a chance, you see how that went. Keep doubting...
  10. We have Lumberton next. That's where my focus is, the coaches and the players. When it's time, I'll give you a prediction...
  11. Yea, I was there and witnessed that game. A 35-24 halftime lead turned into a 38-35 loss...
  12. Congratulations to my Jaguars. Before the game I had no doubt of what this group of young men could do. We had some tough losses to Port Arthur Memorial and Vidor and EVERYONE that didn't wear maroon and grey was counting us out. EVERYONE! They showed tonight what I been trying to tell everyone, we are a pretty sound and balanced team that will make the playoffs. And this group of coaches, did something that hadn't been done in a while, beat Nederland. Nederland has NOTHING to hang their heads about. #3 had at least 150 yards between the 20's but when he got in the redzone, we found a way to slow him down. The kid is quick and our safety's probably were our leading tacklers tonight. For some reason seems like the Bulldog coaching staff went away from him late in the game. #22 was held in check for most of the night. He had a short catch that he broke some tackles on for the tieing TD but for the most part "The No Fly Zone" was in full affect. #51 On the D-line is an animal. With Lumberton, PN-G, Livingston and Lee left, we are back in the thick of things...
  13. I agree. Same thing happened last night in the JV game. We were up 22-14 at the half but didn't do anything in the 2nd half and lost 28-22. Got to put them away because they are not going to quit...
  14. We always struggle with Vidors offense. EVERYONE wrote us off while everybody getting excited behind the Indians and Bulldogs beating up on Livingston and Lee...
  15. That's what happens when you beat up on the likes of Lee and Livingston and think you have something. Same thing for these puppies over here...
  16. Bulldogs 7 Jaguars 14 Halftime...
  17. 13 yard TD pass from #2 Davis to #11 Humphrey... Bulldogs 7 Jaguars 14 1:27 left until halftime...
  18. That's Jaguar football, can't control emotions...
  19. #6 Gants shadowing Bulldogs #22, something I said that would need to happen...
  20. From 30 yards out, 2nd play of the game, #3 Foster for a TD run... Bulldogs 0 Jaguars 7 11:21 in the 1st...
  21. Jags to receive...
  22. Bulldogs in white pants, white jerseys and gold helmets... Jaguars in maroon pants, maroon jerseys and maroon helmet.
  23. Alright, my game day prediction... Titans 31 Indians 34
