As usual, we have to play the best team from 21-5A and you take them to the wire and really should have won. I can't wait to see the stats from this game. Our football program has definitely turned the corner. We lost a lot last year to graduation and and still managed to put a good team on the field. I would just like to get the fourth place team from 21-5A for once instead of taking the district champ to the wire every year.

First and foremost I have to apologize to the Pirate faithful for not doing this more often this year; work, Harvey and all the other sundry things which have distracted us. However, it hasn't distracted this football team. Playoff bound after having our city go three feet underwater you've embodied the Pirate spirit of fighting and surviving adversity. SPAM has two weeks to prepare for this offense but still won't be ready. Good luck running against the Ciccio Bros. and the Black Storm defense. The bell tolled for the Titans last year and will be tolling for them again this year!

You play to win the game. Jeff and the boys will be playing to beat PAM for momentum to the playoffs; the worst thing to do is sit players. The biggest weapon Vidor has against PAM is Jeff Mathews...his game plan last year was spot on. Cosby doesn't scare us, it was a good game last year and will be a good game this year. I just don't want to play it on Thursday just like last year or like we played Nederville at 2:00 p.m. on a Saturday after Harvey. Make it so your fans can come to the game and support their team.
