Just wanted to add that. I know we want to avoid non sports related stuff here, but this would answer quite a few questions on the current situations.

True.. but looking at it deeper, they say the same resources are available for each HS. They say. But in reality, it's not. Although the academic ratings of WB are not too good, they are better than United's. Why is this if the same resources are available for both HS's? End of the day, if the parents are physically able to, you should want to get your kids to the campus that generally has the better academic success. Maybe if the HS work harder in closing that gap, then parents won't be trying to beat the system to send their kids to schools across town...

It actually been like that since they opened up United. The issue was the boundary lines of the elementary and middle schools..

And looking at it from an unbiased standpoint, WB should be favored... if you're a betting man. But I think the rivalry thing will make this interesting...

Well, IMO, WB is good, butbtheybare good a different kind of way this year. They have the complete package passing the ball. That would give any defense fits. But United's defense is legit. 4 games now and I have had NOTHING negative to say about the defense. They run you down, they tackle well, d-line gets after it, intimidation factor. Offense is also better than last year. This have the makings of a good game just by looking at what each team is really good at.

There was some chatter on the freestyle post. Fact of the mater is there are only 2 consistent United players and 2 consistant WB posters..
