No it’s not that. They just run a bunch of routes and always end up with a open receiver 40 yards down field lol hey y’all might do better with them. They have our number. If y’all can forced them to run the ball y’all win the game

I don't think the Qb will have enough time to find an open receiver, I've seen film on them. lol

Lumberton is a shell of what they projected to be this year. Injuries are a part of the game, and unfortunately it sound like they got hammered at key spots. I am familiar with the QB, and losing him is a heck of a loss, not certain about the other guys.

We should have everyone back except our Qb and starting RB for district

The question is why it is better in other areas. Regardless if it is about money, that is one of the answers. For the record there are thousands of kids in this area that pay for private baseball and basketball coaches and pay to be on select teams and travel ball teams. Money is an issue for some not for all, and I would venture to guess it is not the issue for the majority. That is an excuse.

I'm sure its hard for some parents to get their kids to some camps. I pay a good bit of money for position specific camps and it does help. But also their are situations where players positions changes ( linebacker to guard) and the parents feel like they have wasted their money.

Sorry I stirred a few up.  And I'm not a angry parent, or player, or ex player.  And not taking jabs.  Just stating the obvious.  Been to both home games and just saying what I saw.  We run 3-4 different plays, maybe a couple more than that.  Sometimes in different formations, but same plays. And every time Mason comes in to the game on offense, he gets the ball. Good teams will pick up on that. And good coaches will scheme against.  I'm all for praising and supporting our kids.  I wish that we would win every game.  But you also have to recognize your weaknesses and address them.  That's not taking jabs, that's talking football.  And applies to all sports.

And I don't appreciate you using Mason's number on you profile or his name in your post.

I'm Mason's dad. If you had been to all of the games you would have seen that Mason does not run the ball every time he goes in on offense. He goes in to block and as a decoy which works out well. They think he is getting the ball and he don't.

11-4A DCTF Prediction: Lumberton, Huffman, Splendora, Bridge City, LCM, Livingston. Should be a competitive district from top to bottom.

Yes it will be competitive but my money is on the Raiders. They have 31 lettermen coming back, 18 were starters last year. And from the looks of it they have been hitting the weights pretty hard. I saw a video on their twitter page of one of their captains benching 340lbs twice raw. I think he is their starting DT/FB.
