I'm from Silsbee and would like to know why is it called Smoke town

I wonder if the 126 is a school record. I remember the 1996/97 team putting like 111 on Deridder,LA

Michael McCain is the older brother. Yes he is out for a while but Silsbee was without him for most of the playoffs last season. Silsbee will be fine. They are extremely deep and talented. They will still go 10 deep and ball. They just moved Bass up to varsity. The line up of D. MCCAIN, Adams, Grubbs, Maze, and Dontre will work. The bench us just as good and could start for most schools in Newton, Mackey, Harris, A Thomas, and K. Barnes. Silsbee will be ready come Tuesday night!!

Hard fought win for HJ!! Stevenash would be proud to know that every shot HJ made, they showed no emotion. They just ran down court and high fived a teammate and later thanked them thru a hand written lettet for the assist.

Strong 1st qtr

Once we lost to FB buy 30+ that should have killed the hype and the lost to Liberty Hill. Time to get it rolling in Silsbee. Your only as good as your last game not last year.

All should be in uniform for the rest of the season. Dirty rumors not true.

Silsbee 1998 losing to Cleveland in the playoffs 63-61. We beat them in district twice by double digits points and lost to them in Lufkin in the playoffs.
