Any given Friday. Rain slows HJ down and Kountze wins a close one. After all their cheerleaders are national heroes.

I thought this was a class act by Jerry Rice. This school has not won in 5 years. He was there because of something to do with Lysol, but jumped in and started to help with practice. Even made one kid do push-ups.

I was told that HF canceled JV game and played Ozen. The game was suppose to be played in HF and HF canceled? I don't know what really happened. I do know that EC JV did not play and HF JV played Ozen.
No, EC definitely cancelled. Ozen was always scheduled for our freshman.

Not sure why EC backed out of JV game. Injuries? I have to work nights so please keep the score updated. I know when these 2 schools play there is never a favorite because they have a great rivalry. HF was ahead last year, then EC pulled it out in the end. Look for a good exciting close game. Good luck to both teams and no injuries!

My Horns got greedy and A&M got smart. Why didn't the Horns leave for the SEC when they had the chance? Greed, they got offered the failed Longhorn Network which I don't get. I can see plenty of SEC games every week. :angry:

My sisters house had broken windows and my niece had nightmares. We will never forget. :lol:
HF boys prefer to keep it to the field, and so will I. So for now, my disney loving friend, I will "let it go".

Its no secret that King is the offense. With that being said EC has to make HF try to go to someone else. King can also throw so the Secondary has to cover while the outside linebacker has to hurry the pass. EC will be a little bang up but ready to play ball. I think EC will take this one just because HF is predicitable on offense. I will say this for HF. They may be predicitable but will still be hard to stop. God Bless both teams with no injury's and next week both towns will be friends again. LOL
I just pray no kids get hurt before the game also. Last year was wild with the explosion in Hamshire.

I have a friend in the district. This of coarse is spread over the whole district. Their goal is to have about 180 total transfers.

That program turned around fast. Usually takes a few years. A good crop of athletes? Or coaching? Both?
The coaches son is a good athlete and the district has over 150 transfers (live in other districts and goes to HJ) I would imagine a few of them are athletes. ;)

Win or Loose, Good sportsmanship still has a place in sports. Especially on the high school level.These kids have plenty of other things to deal with besides people acting like jerks on here.

Dang, I almost felt bad for Lumberton. Blame your coach for calling a play with a minute left, with the lead, and he calls a play that has the QB pitch to the RB. Terrible call in that situation.
Happy for HF, Great start to the season Horns and not giving up. Lumberson, you have talent, hope you guys get a win this year.

Yea we did the 3 way scrimmage and the fans I talkede to said it was a bad idea and they hoped we did not ever do it again
Did the same thing last year and PNG went to the playoff. Maybe they get something out of it, besides an injury.

Through all of this BISD nonsense I've become more convinced than ever that Beaumont is the biggest craphole in the state, quite possibly the nation. What a dump!
