YEa, but WB is an area team. I remember that team. Jerry Ball the bruising RB, Gerald Landry, and my cousin Johnny Norwood. They barely made the playoffs that year and then stormed through the playoffs and beat Hurst Bell.

Since strength training is an important part of football, who has the strongest football player in the area? Bench press, Squat, Dead Lift, etc... Figured it would be interesting to know.

As far as football, it's PNG and Nederland. For basketball and being 3A, H-J usually packs the gym, and I don't know if they still have a gym with no A/C, but there was rumor that they did that on purpose to affect other teams that was use to A/C. I think for most sports the whole area turns out good crowds, but when you think of loyal fans it's PNG. I mean what other schools do you know teach kindergarden kids the school fight song before the pledge. It's insane, but several schools around the area are starting to get fans more involved and that's a good thing.

I'm not mad, because we still have a chance. A small chance, but we still might squeeze in. For the person from Vidor that said they got screwed by the refs at the REZ, just another excuse. I-N-D-I-A-N-S scalp'em Indians, Scalp'em

Oh Lucky, at it again. Who's your school LCM? My goodness LCM hasn't been to the playoffs in like 9 years, and finally beat PNG aaafter about 7 straight losses. Big Deal they got our number this year. LCM doesn't make the playoffs this year........ PNG or Nederland is the 3rd team.

I think Silsbee is ranked too high. They should be about 2 to 3 spots behind where thier at right now. Just because come close to beating probably the best team in the area doesn't move you up. They got beat by PNG earlier this year, but have picked up several wins against sub par teams.

HeyLucky, why don't you come ref the game. Every time a mid county team beats somebody, which is alot of times (From past to present) it has to be because of the refs. I've seen bad calls at alot of non PNG football games, I don't hear people crying that the refs won the football game for the other team. You must be from one of those schools that are jealous of mid county. I don't blame you when 8,000 to 10,000 people fill the stands all the time, and you see like 90 year old people show up wearing purple or black and gold, it's amazing. Go whine to somebody else. :cry:

WHAT IF PNG beats Vidor, Dayton, and Central. Then where does everyone go? Probably Crazy...........Just thought I would throw that out there.

First off you must be a kid. I did say a little better which means that ya'll are making progress. I also said not much better because ya'll still haven't made it over the hump yet by beating some of the tougher teams and pulling out the close ball games. I could go on and on, but I'm not trying to dog Lumberton out, I am just saying what I believe. Anymore questions just let me know.

This must be another undefeated team since PeeWee league. Here we go again. Congrats on the good JV record. We'll see if they are ballin next year on Varsity. I have to admit that Lumberton is getting better, not much, but better.
