Maybe NFHS Network could have allowed anyone who wanted to watch the tournament do it for FREE. Then the UIL could have allowed the tournament to continue without the fans in the stands but tuned in with their hand held devices or in their hotel rooms. Just thinking outside the box here...

But during this time right now there is no winner at all. My heart goes out to all those kids that dreamed and worked so hard for it to be taken away from them just like that... they will forever and always have that what if question stuck in their head.
Especially the seniors who can’t come back .

Jordan Holmes. Had some great Hardin County Havoc games with HJ at Ford Arena. I believe he went on to play college ball in Abilene. Very explosive player and fun to watch.

DC Stallworth. Very good at everything. Made it to the state tournament in Austin once or twice. He had good basketball genes. His mother was a baller back in the late 80s-90. Very good all around player from what I can remember.

Everybody should still remember this guy just one year removed. Jordan, from what I’m hearing, is doing just fine at Austin Peay. Very entertaining to watch. Thanks for the memories.

Tramaine Arline. He was a member of that undefeated team in the mid-90s (31-0). He had a pretty good outside shot. Deadly from 3 point land as well.

I believe that his name is Hugh Davis. I remember being at a game in Port Arthur at the Beehive when he two handed dunked over 3 bumblebee defenders during a Silsbee fast break. It had to be the dunk of the year!!! Just simply AWESOME to witness in person.Thanks for that trip down memory lane.
