Since the last thread was so popular. Please keep the updates coming and spread the word.

For those that might not know. Games between Silsbee & Bridge City will be changing sites due to Bridge City homecoming. 9/25 game will be played in Silsbee 10/16 game will be played in Bridge City. Silsbee will play the last 5 games of District play on the road.

always do. Tues & fri. Most schools play Varsity games first @ 4:30 to allow for upper classmen to make football games but not always possible due to schedule differences.

Well then I stand corrected and the posts that followed mine cleared the air. I'm sure it didn't matter. Wasn't trying to come off as a pot stirrer, but it looks that way after re-reading. I did do some research, Hardin represents well every year. Apologies for any offense. Wasn't implying any sour grapes or excessive celebrating by Hardin. Nothing said at all in fact. Reason for my post and also for my poor words.

So....I have been reading these posts and I am going to give my respects to the Deweyville Community as they have made no excuses for losing to Hardin. That being said.... nobody from Hardin seemed to mention the possible season ending injury to Kennedy Willis. Young lady is a true athlete who continued to try and help her team even though it was obvious, supposedly, that she was badly injured. Again, congrats for the win Hardin. Do not be surprised if next year, Deweyville with Kennedy Willis beats Hardin soundly.

The Browns are there so the rest of the league looks normal when they really are stinking up the joint. Of course of they sell the franchise to Jerry then all will be well....and normal.

Siksbee with a furious comeback in game 4!! Down 10-2 and now up 17-12. Silsbee takes game 4!! (25-17) This gym is hyped up right now!!!

Silsbee not ready to play tonight . WOS scoring in bunches and Silsbee defense watching the ball hit the court to often. Counter that with Teel banging home every good set and matching Carmenar up front equals a good night for WOS.

Game 3 a barnburner as both teams go back and forth. WOS takes game 3 (25-22). WOS 2 Silsbee 1

Tigers looking better but still sluggish. Less mistakes lead to game 2 (25-22) win. Tied at 1-1 at the den.

Quick start by Lady Stangs net them Game 1, (25-18). Lady Tigers look slow.
