Kickoff @ 7:30 from the "Prideland" Waller ventures into Brenham with the upset in mind.  Last year Waller ran a spread offense every game, except the game against Brenham.  Using a bit of gamesmanship, they opted to go back to their bread & butter, the option.  Brenham had studied the current film, but adapted during the game to stop the Bulldogs.  You never know what to expect when these 2 get together, but it's usually the most physical district game of the year.  Brenham's offense ranks 3rd in 17-4A, while it's defense is the best in the district.  Waller's ranks 5th in both categories.  However, Waller does feature the districts 2nd best passing attack.  Brenham leads the all time series 21-7.
