A Comeback is possible...still a second half.

Mavericks fumble on 3rd and 12 on their 23 yd line with 24 seconds left in the half. First pass is incomplete and the second pass is a TD. LP lead 10-9. The refs have lost control of this game. LP defense is frustrated and to be unbias the holding on the Mavs line is being neglected. #56 of the Bulldogs was thrown out of the game for a personal fould in which 2 Mavs tacklers "slow-played" getting off the LP receiver so when he pushed the player off a flag was thrown and the the next 2 came because he "cursed the ref".  Result is a 45 yd plenalty!!.  Mavs to their credit was fired up but after that 45yd penelty La Porte has woken up and playing well.!

LP kicks a FG with 1:42 in the half. 9-3.

A defensive holding keeps the Mav drive alive. 22 yd pass to the 1yd and a QB sneak the next play gives the Mavs a 9-0 lead. Blocke Pat. 6:21 left in the half.

Double personal foul. 4th one in the game. Lp driving to their 37.  3rd and 1

End of the 1st Mavs 3 Bulldogs 0.

Mavs get a 14yd on first down. Next two nplays get runs for 4 total yards.  3rd down INT slips thru Bulldog hands. Mavs punt. With 39 in the 1st quarter. Down at the Bulldog 3.

LP fumbles the KO. Recovers. Second play from scrimmage, fumbles the handoff for a huge loss. WR screen is negative yards. 4 th and punt. Mavs ball at their 36.

Myleeke Graves hit foils a open td pass in the endzone. Mavs kick and get 3. Mavs 3 Bulldogs 0 with 3:49 left in the 1st

Memorial with a pass for 40 yards. 1 st and 10 at the 15 of the bulldogs.

La porte goes for it on 4th down and memorial stuffs them on the Mav 30 yard Line. Scoore still 0-0 with 6 mins left in the 1st

Bad snap and LP tackles the Mav punter at the. Mavs 38 yd line.

White cap is warning both teams about the personal fouls...only 6 plays into the game! Memorial with a long screen pass to Turner at the Bulldog 34

The injuries to Terry is why I chose GMC to win.  I saw the game gainst Angleton and it was no nowhere near the same team that played FB Dulles.  Good luck to GMC in the second half.

I was suppose to be at this game but LIFE is interferring with that. Lol thanks for the updates

I won't mention their name as so my views and expression won't affect how some view the school I coach at.  Its my first time in 3 years and I'm way too rusty ;) I cleared my schedule to be at the Titans beatin of Manvel next week so keep a seat for me.
