I ain't bisd bashing, but facts are facts. 

Png runs a solid athletic program and school district! Bisd does not.

They need to really discuss the following items 1st.

1. Not stealing from district funds

2. A feeder system that does not require recruitment of 14 year olds.

3. How to keep current coaches happy and not applying for every opening in area.

Playing/ coaching at the reservation is an awesome experience! Playing/ coaching at PAM is an awesome experience! Kids/ coaches shouldn't get cheated out of either!

I bet those Beaumont isd kids don't want to play at the reservation in front of 8000 fans!! They probably rather play at a neutral site in front of 4000!!!!!!! Come on adults!! Get a clue!!

From the outside looking in I would say that maybe how yall treat your coaches needs to change. Maybe! I could be wrong, but hasn't Flanigan and Foreman got teams in the Playoffs the last 2 years? They do a lot for the kids, the kids get recruited, they aint bad men and yet they are bashed constantly.

BISD needs to ask why their coaches are trying to take every job that comes open! Look within and ask yourself "One Quit and 2 applied for every job under the sun, What is the problem with BISD"?

Kenny Ray got a PAM team to the State Semi finals, and he is given nicknames on this site like Xbox and bad mouthed constantly! Why??

Nederland,WOS,PNG  treat their coaches with respect and they stay around a while. JMO

Why would anyone from the Ozen community be opposed to getting a guy from PNG?? Do yall not look at a team that beat yall 36-13 and think that maybe they have a good coach or 2???

i appologize for old information. I am not advocating for png or anywhere else in setx!

I am saying that I drove through Refugio yesterday and was blown away by their football facility. 

People blast barbers hill on here for spending money on facilities! Why?? The people of bh want their kids to have what Lake Travis, Tatum, coppell all have. Which is nice facilities. I don't know 1 coach in setx who if you asked them if they would take a nicer weight room/ practice facility would say no.

all I'm saying is that if your complaining about money! Stop paying your sup 348,000!

Soulja let me state the facts. I had sat in visitor stands at durley and feared falling through. Png jv game got moved from Zaharias this year due to ants! Your sup made 350 ,000 dollars with school that were built by wpa! Y'all have good coaches and athletes that deserve better.

Beaumont ISD on campus Facilities are sad to say the least.

Yall should use some of that Money that your employees were stealing and buy some new stuff. OR your Sup who is the highest paid in the State should have some Schools that look like it.

I like that people are taking this post personal! Shows pride. I have mounds of respect for wos and all east Texas programs. No way at all bashing players, coaches or communities.

i am saying that Hardin has turf, east chambers has beautiful facilities, woodville has a beautiful gym, but Wos who played in 16 games all of which people came to see and paid admission is saying no funds???

I think if you have the best football program in setx everything in your program would be 1st class. Your kids and coaches deserve it!

Facilities equal Pride.

Kids take notice of what they are given. Good Schools tend to lead to good education. Good facilities tend to lead to wins.

Let me ask you this Question:

Would you join a work out facility, pay good money, spend countless hours there, take pride in being a member IF there was no Air Conditioning, the equipment had holes in it, the walls were not painted and the restrooms were old and crappy?? I'm guessing the answer is no.

Then why do we ask our kids to??

Wos grad do you not believe that the kids and coaches of wos have done enough to be given the best facilities money can buy?

East chambers has beautiful facilities! Is there that much more money in Winnie than every other district around??
