Trying to understand how good Montgomery is, is weird given they've been in three completely different games. Slugfest with Porter. (lose by 1) Runaway and hide versus Dayton (win by 22) AirRaid versus Crosby (lose by 3) They were pretty bad last year but unless both Porter and Crosby are way down this year they seem to be rebounding as a team and program after a 2-8 season.

Anyone saying Crosby has the Talent of Manvel is silly. There's a reason that program pushes out late playoff runs every year, and it's not like they've innovated the game or something. Good kids, good coaching, good support from district, and good culture. That's been Manvel since day 1 of that school. Crosby is not Manvel talent, and haven't been for years (or ever if we only count the time Manvel has existed.) But that can also be said of every district in SETX not named WOS or PAM.

They looked much better vs George Ranch to be fair. GR looked like they eventually got worn down by just bodies on bodies for 48 minutes. GR got to sub and we didn't have as many subs. Normal 6a-5a style game.

Alright so now that we all know Nederland won't make the playoffs this year. What does the Crosby offense look like with an actual off-season (with all their offensive pieces) and a full program enacted. what does 1 full year through the program look like for Crosby.

What a fun district for everyone not playing in it.

We also have problems in North Austin with like 6 non-Austin ISD 5aD2 schools and 6 Austin ISD schools that are 5a D2
