Where's the #5 next to Nederland? They may be #1 but they aren't playing a slouch next week.. They are playing the #5 Nederland Bulldogs.. Of course there really are no more rankings anyway. It's playoffs! The team who brings it the most wins an advances!

I think the wind is a bigger factor, at least for Nederland O. We've had receivers open deep several times and its been overthrown. PC offense has been shut down by Nederland D more than anything. They don't throw it much..

Good first half by the Dogs defense. Offense will need to pick it up though. Very vanilla playcalling. We need to use more screens and draws to offset the blazing rush by PC..

Just a note that the Nederland game is at 6pm and not 7...

I, for one, am glad Nederland doesnt look 'impressive'. Gives us a little edge imo. You dont need style points or sexy scoring to get the job done. You just need more points on the scoreboard than your opponent. Defense gets a pick 6 late to seal the deal. Nederland - 28 Pflugerville - 17

At the closest it was 14-7 until the Dogs pulled away.. The game was basically put away at halftime.. I think it was 31-14 at the half..
