FanintheStands, thank you for at least trying to help these guys understand 8) I have my opinions about HJ and I havent been scared away from the criticism that I knew I would receive.. I am envious of HJ's success.. Who wouldnt be? But to assume that your teams history must always be true is retarded.. :D I made predictions about the HJ vs. Silsbee, the fact of HJ not playing Silsbee more than 2 times, and HJ not beating Cleveland IF they played.. I also said that HJ wouldnt be a top team like they normally are.. Sorry to offend people here, I knew it would since most people on this forum have strong ties or affiliations with Hardin Jefferson.. Chill out and enjoy basketball guys ;D ;D As for AAW, Thank you for pointing that out ;) :D Didnt want to jinx how good I was doing! Now Im set-up for a bad week..

They got a guard that can light it up, and a post guy that is capable of stepping away from the basket. If K-smith can stay on the court AND Cunningham gets his game started early, the Dogs win.

They went through district beating all the teams they were suppose to beat, which is why they lost to Silsbee twice.. Now they are playing a team that I think is too much for them to handle, so I see HJ losing here, unlike the history that is always brought up about the HJ and Cleveland.. Now Nash, if HJ loses, will you get off my back? Because that will mean that I was correct, despite the criticism, about HJ losing to Silsbee twice,... and not beating Cleveland in the playoffs,... and HJ not playing Silsbee more than 2 times...

I remembering seeing Humble during a summer tourney that Nederland was in. Humble is really talented at all positions, with most kids that can really shoot the ball well, and another post guy that can beat you up if you dont have somebody to push him around a little. I know Nederland can win here and advance, but we have to take it one game at a time. Btw, the one team that I thought Nederland cant beat just lost.. Yates got beat by La Marque

My pick is Texas, but its so close between the top 5 teams: Duke, Texas, Kansas, Pitt, Ohio St. I could see any of them but I think Texas plays great defense, which will help them take home the trophey. I dont know how good you are with the horses, so I will wait for that :D ;)
