Man, just heard on KOGT that lifeflight was called?? And they also ended the game. Either way I’m praying hard for the Woodville player!!!! Man.....

Can't believe that they lost. Ever since we played that team for our warmup game Ive been rooting for them. No doubt the best team we played all year and the fastest I've played all the way through high school. They will make it next year tho.

Time for me to say , I was impressed with EC and underestimated them.. They had the best defensive pressure I have ever seen in a 3A or 4A or 5A classification.   Great coaching.   If you guys keep that up, you guys will be in Austin in a few weeks.  If your not, I will be surprised.

Be a grateful winner. Been on the other side all too often.

Buna had a very good game plan and EC press was not as effective as in other game. I didn't think EC played very well but Buna may have had something to do with it. EC put together a decent 4th quarter to win the game but Buna was well coached as usual and kids executed game plan well. I almost did not go to the game because of long trip and I thought it would be a 30 point game. Little did I know. Good job Buna and good luck in the playoffs.

8 years since EC has won a regular season meeting with the Lions. 10 years since EC has beat Kountze and HJ in the same season, back then they had two guys named McDonald and Thomas. 

Well it’s been a little while since EC was flat out better. And they clearly are this year

You have to be quick.  That lady at Evadale clears the clock about 1.8 seconds after the final buzzer.  
Very impressive game by the Bucs.  EC is going to be fun to follow this year.

Dang, I was really wondering how Kountze scored 30 points in the second half. I figured maybe Woodville got ahead and pulled some players and the momentum changed (fumbles or interceptions). I wasn't expecting all this commotion. LOL Woodville has a very talented team and time will tell where they should be ranked. Maybe Kountze did them a  favor and showed them what they need to work on for the playoff's. Good luck to both teams. Heck I still don't know what happen the second half. LOL
