Look at HS Baseball Roster sizes across the State. ADs are having severe trouble fielding sub-varsity teams and finding games for those that have them. Of the three major sports offered by 99% of Texas High Schools, this is the only sport that seems to have this problem on a large scale.

Exactly. Newton struggled with Jefferson who was not very good at all. Jefferson got blown out by Commerce. Commerce also wasn't great but had a decent run and lost out to Grandview. We all know what happened to Grandview - got handled by Yoakum in the championship. All in all, the numbers, matchups, and science from the entire season says it all. Yoakum was about even or slightly better than Newton. And Hardin/Yoakum were very similar in strength. Game could have went either way had QB-bishop not got injured.

Those guys don’t care what Trump has to say. I think his mouth is writing checks that all of us are going to have to cash. They’re not going to to back down, and he’s either got to do something or go home like the draft-dodging coward that he is.

That’s how you know someone lacks sense. They’ll believe some things without a shred of evidence (election fraud, SS fraud), and when someone says “yeah, well… there’s no proof that either one of those things happened,” the stalwart will say “I don’t care… you can’t prove it didn’t happen.” Or they’ll just attack the source for not merchandising the administration’s lies.
