  1. Past hour
  2. Prayers for you and your family.
  3. Correct. Attended all 3 games of the UTRGV sweep, so no idea why I stated 2 out of 3. Look at you being sweet with how you started your response to me. You ole' softie!
  4. Today
  5. I can’t imagine… You and your family will be in my prayers.
  6. Nobody is arguing that he’s not elite. He’s an incredible coach, easily argued as the best to ever do it in THSF. But the pieces had to be there for him to put the puzzle together. Warren is a $.50 garage sale puzzle with half the puzzle missing completely and 2/3 of what’s left being from the wrong puzzles. The greatest puzzle master in the world might be able to get the most out of those pieces, but he isn’t completing it.
  7. Sorry to hear, that is always tough when losing a loved one. God will see you through it. Prayers for you and your family.

  9. So if Scott Rich wasn't the right guy who was the right guy?
  10. [email protected] Tom Halliburton’s Track Volume 38, Number 6 As you can see, there’s not much room to write when West Brook’s John Fowler and Memorial’s Jalexis Neal take up all of the space but these athletes earned it. That’s OK. Folks don’t read as much anymore anyway. Fowler and Neal earned photos. Each of these athletes delivered area-best times in two individual events last Friday at the C.E. King Panther Relays. A junior with the Bruins, Fowler won the 1,600 meters and took second in the 800. A sophomore with the Lady Titans, Neal won the 100 meters and took second in the 200. Two other athletes established new individual area-best numbers. Port Arthur’s Brandon Richards was third in the 100 meters in his event with a 10.84. Freshman Meribeth Owens from Beaumont’s Veritas Classical private school became the new area leader in the girls 800 meters. Big meets on the agenda are scheduled for this week. 11. Sorry to hear! Prayers go out to you and your family!
  12. My wife died yesterday. I’m being tested right now. A difficult test. His sanctimony set me off, though I don’t apologize for it. I hold no judgement or ill will and I ain’t mad. Chalk it up as another example of thoughtless remarks poisoning public discourse.
  13. Anyways.. back to more important news. The President of the USA is covering up for a global pedophile ring with ZERO arrests to date and millions of files deleted and/or missing.
  14. Baseball in general that's been a sport that is shrinking in coverage , pro and amateur. Perhaps the length of the game less involvement by youth , compared to in the years past. In my opinion, it is no longer America's pastime. People like having a time clock. Baseball has no really limits on how long you can play. Just my opinion. As for this forum, baseball is always the odd sport out. Some love the sport, but that love is starting to go away. Most people that watch pro baseball or forty years old or older.
  15. Looks like you got your answer..... lol
  16. Good reporting myrecordwashorrible, only correction Lamar swept UTRGV. Lost 2 to SFA, 1to McNeese, and 1 to A &MCC
  17. Yeah, that didn't take long! I bring out the best in people! LOL!
  18. Yesterday
  19. Like I've said, no one wins a religious war.
  20. Just showing what kind of devil Mueller was!
  21. Football and basketball coverage on SETx sports are pretty darn good, so my question is why is baseball coverage so bad?
  22. The latest news I the other day was that the Bulldogs possibly hired the wrong man for head coach and they do not expect the Bulldogs to be very successful this season
  23. In a 10 inning game that took over FIVE hours to play LU takes the rubber match 18-15. There were 36 combined hits, 23 walks, and LU hit 5 AMC batters. Only 3 errors committed between the squads. Kevin Duran has 4 hits and 6 RBI, Hector Rodriguez added 3 hits and 4 RBI, Tab Tracy picked up 3 hits, and 3 others had 2 hits each. LU had 2 score 6 in the 9th to tie it and get out of a 1st and 2nd with no out jam in the bottom. 8-4 in conference. In a 3 way tie for 1st. Tied with Northwestern State (yet to play) and UTRGV (took 2 of 3). UIW at home this coming weekend after a midweek hosting Tarleton.
  24. Great news today another series win and a fantastic comeback in the 9th and 10th innings. 8-4 conference record now, should be 10-2 but a huge win Only bad news today was the pitching was awful and I have noticed way too many errors in the last few games that need to be straightened out way to come back Cards
