Good points. One point you left out. Silsbee runs the ball much better than HF. Play action will work a little better for Silsbee than it did for HF. If WO-S can stop the run game, it will be a long night for the Tigers. I've always said a great pass rush is the best pass defense. WO-S proved it last Friday night and Silsbee did it last year vs. HF. Sacked this QB 6 times and hurried him a dozen more times. I've told folks that HF's lack of a good run game will come back to haunt them against really good opponents.

Silsbee has improved throughout the year, and common opponents are a fool's game, but based on what HF and Silsbee have done against common opponents, and based on what I saw the 2nd half from WOS last Friday, I think the stangs win this one by more than people think. Once they started switching coverages and bringing the heat our QB was seeing ghosts. With Silsbee's QB being a pocket passer, I have a feeling he's gonna be under pressure all night.

Too bad a trophy wont be given out in this one since it currently resides in South Jefferson County. Maybe when one of you jokesters finally win a game over us we'll give it back.
