  1. Past hour
  2. Fun fact: through two games Blake Broussard has 9 touchdowns and 10 incompletions.
  3. Stats from last night: Blake Broussard- 18/23, 324 yds, 4 TDs, 3 rushes for 24 yds Parker Sebastian- 6 receptions, 194 yds, 2 TDs Sage Guilder- 4 rushes, 65 yds, 1 TD, 1 reception for 20 yds and a TD Cam Heckaman- 12 rushes for 61 yds, 1 TD Jace Bennett- 6 rushes for 14 yds and a TD, 1 reception for 20 yds Dwayne Long- 4 receptions for 50 yds Gage Korry- 2 receptions for 19 yds and a TD Jesus Sandoval- 7/7 XP, 1/1 FG, 1 fumble recover, 1 successful onside kick defense hasn’t been posted yet, but there were some big boys with a lot of tackles last night. Not much got into the secondary.
  4. The horns exceeded all expectations last night. The line play was fantastic. Broussard had all the time he needed to pick the secondary apart. On the rare occasion Vidor broke through he was able to scramble and make plays. The d-line may have been even more impressive. Vidor picked up 3 or 4 first downs on their first drive, and then I don’t know if they had that many the rest of the game apart from their scoring drive late against the second team. The HF running game got going last night, which was nice to see after we beat LaMarque exclusively through the air last week. Special teams was solid, although the air was like soup and my kicker wasn’t getting the distance he got last week on his long kicks. All in all HF was fantastic in all facets. They dominated in all areas. I will say, as a special teams guy, Vidor’s kicker is quality, although he didn’t have much of a chance to showcase that last night.
  5. We gotta stay healthy. If we do we have a shot. Almost beat them last year with a ton of injuries, and we’re definitely better than last year. They may be as well, though.
  6. Hemphill looks better have size and some good athletes, QB def an athlete, but lack depth, solid team
  7. I wish more coaches who don't know how to win thought like you
  8. Any stats on him from last night? I was hit and miss watching. Looked like he was throwing off his back foot a few times.
  9. Deliberate and blatant personal foul on #3. Same type of thing that happens repeatedly every game. Usually in big moments. It has been an epidemic for the last several years. Kind of went away during the title run last year. Thought maybe these seniors figured out that the TEAM is more successful when you put it first and not your feelings. Guess they forgot over the offseason. Back to "me" play again.
  10. The North Shore defense showed up and showed out. The North Shore offense however is still trying to find its way.
  11. lol… see that’s the ones I’m GLAD png got from PA. Those are the ones that THINK they will shine somewhere else locally
  12. I was told he played. I'm really not all that surprised with the two results for Westwood and how it came by. Westwood still shows it lacks defensively, top QB or not.
  13. #21 for Brook was the only impressive offense they really had. 31 also was ok.
  14. This the thread I was looking for. QB1 still hurt for Westwood?
  15. My bad. 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️
  16. Today
  17. SA starting out 0-2 isn't too alarming. Them getting man handled in the two games is surprising.
  18. So I’d say not too bad. I’m mean, coming away with the win. On to district play. After the bye of course…
  19. … I do know for a fact that there was areas touching the BU campus that was without power from Tuesday afternoon to LATE Thursday…
  20. I do think they can contend with WOS… time will tell
  21. He had Tommy-John surgery and he was our star pitcher during a WS championship. He’s like any pitcher and could use some run support., but when he pitches like this, it makes the wins much easier.
  22. Not an excuse buuuuut. I’d be pushing it to say that BU had at least 1 day of full practice this week…
  23. Give him a break. He's been doing CFL games.
