Huffman knew they were gonna get 70 dropped on them. They were just hoping they could score 71. Vidor got a few stops. Huffman got 1. Such a joke.Vidor did a good job of stunts and mixing up the defensive fronts. They did exactly what they needed to do. Huffman on the other hand is exactly what I said they were. TERRIBLE on defense. All these kids talking about Huffman's "5 man front" lol. GTFOH with that. I'll say it again. This district is terrible. LCM and Vidor are okay this year (LCM was better last year), but everyone else is really down. Lucky for them they catch ACTUAL HISD schools in round 1. After that, well it's basketball season.

The playoff picture is getting a lot clearer with only a couple weeks left in the regular season. I’ve watched a few different teams in the region and if I had to do a top 10 in the region this is what it would be… 1. West Orange Stark 2. Silsbee 3. Hamshire Fannett 4. Canton 5. Bellville 6. Athens 7. Houston Yates 8. La Grange (When healthy) 9. La Marque 10. Madisonville This is just my opinion… Playoffs will be fun for this region.

My thoughts are this is going to be a Timberwolf Stompin by the Titans! 🤣🤣

I’ll leave it at this: Silsbee played a fantastic game. They should be proud of how they performed. The defense bottled us up for most of the first half and the offense was on fire, jumping out to a big lead. At the end of the game the defense got some huge stops to put it away. On the flip side, HF showed incredible resilience. Opportunist defense and some huge plays by Broussard and company completely turned the game around. What looked like a Silsbee blowout turned into a game the horns were in a great position to win. They should be proud of how they bounced back. I consider myself to be pretty articulate, but I’m really struggling to find the right words to express just how much that blown call affected that game last night while still giving the tigers the huge amount of credit they deserve for a fantastic performance, so I’m going to quit trying. Congrats on the win, and good luck moving forward. Maybe we’ll get a chance to run it back in a few weeks.

Silsbee's defense had a great game for sure. All around great game for the Tigers!

I don’t think it matters who is in when all you do is play action and their defense of end is coming staright for the qb everytime, so everytime he looks up he can’t do anything.

He wasn't in bounds. He dove for the ball but possession wasn't maintained until he landed out. It was a heck of an attempt but he landed out. It was close. Could have went either way. Great game by both teams. Whichever team lost would have some complaints after this game.

Things got a little clearer after last night. 😁

And BTW: I've had this game circled on my calendar since July 1st. Can't wait. 😈
