At the end of the day you never know who is going to step up. I know Crosby is returning a lot of speed and Dayton will be stacked as well minus a starting QB and the best kicker EVER ;D BH has to rebuild, but they have a lot of talent to step in plus another year for our QB to just get better.

Humble ISD schools are very competitive across the board.  Kingwood Park is the most well rounded of all the schools, they will compete and probably win most other sports.    in basketball Humble is the Powerhouse of our district, and will likely win the title in 19-4a.  Summer Creek is still very young, and outside of football aren't very good....Track is pretty good though.

New Caney HS is a baseball power.  I expect that they will be very competitive.

The district overall has some very solid programs that will compete deep in just about every playoff.

Said they were a power, not a powerhouse.  I called humble the powerhouse of Humble ISD's 4a schools in basketball.  Actually, id wager they are probably the best in the district Kingwood and Atascocita included.

New Caney has a good baseball program, and thats about it.  They are very competitive, and i consider them a region power.

Welcome back Eagle (Or are we back) hadn't been in a district with yall for 4 years! New Caney and BH had some great Baseball and Softball games when we first came into 4A.

Yes, and I expect we will have some more. Our baseball team will be a bit young this year. Next years softball team will be very senior laden. We have a lot of juniors this year. This years junior catcher is big D1 talented. My daughter's just a freshman this year. My older daughter was part of the teams when we last were in district together.

Sounds like a very interesting district and BH will not have to listen to the rich kids stuff. Heck we aren't even middle of the road in this pack. Now that we are in a "classy" district ...........Can we please throw away the UGLIEST UNIFORMS IN TEXAS!!!!!!! Hell, Enterprise jump suits would look better.(Not the Red ones) ;)

Of course not really knowing what is returning here is my best guess for next year.

1st Crosby
2nd Summer Creek
3rd Barbers Hill
4th Dayton
5th KW Park
6th Humble
7th King
8th NC Porter
9th New Caney

Buddy there are 9 teams that = 8 district games not 7.

Also the Cougars are gonna be scary this year. TONS OF TALENT. That very good JV squad full of Sophs are all on Varsity. The O-line will be much improved and according to sources. Crosby might play some players both ways... what a new thing.

Also 2 Good looking receivers out there. Word is 2 coaches are coming with the new coach. a D Coordinator and a Receivers coach. (I think it's the brother in law of the coach.)

Twins are a year older a year stronger, a year quicker. You'll be amazed.

Regardless i think we can call this murders row. looks like the whole 24-4a splitting up left a void for a super district. This might very well be the most competitive district in the Area.

Although Humble is coming off a pretty bad season. No clue how summer creek is.

I'd go in no order
Crosby
Dayton
Kingwood
Bh/Humble/Summer Creek

Not dishing BH, i just don't think they will have the athletes to play in this district.
