Newton's not great and you only scored 21 and gave up 20...Jasper will be the best team silsbee has played all year.  I'm gonna love watching that silsbee bubble burst Friday night...like it has so many times in the past..

                It should be a close game. Silsbee offense needs to get in sync with each other and makes some accurate passes down field. hopefully that tiger D can do a better wrapping up on the running back this game. gonna be a challenge.

I'm willing to bet the farm that Jasper back Morresy will get T least 175 yards rushing. I think is the best back in SETX this year not named Justine Twine (QB who doesn't pass). Once Pat Reed gets his arm under control, the passing game will be lethal. Silsbee should feed Spearman the ball 20 times at least this game. Any word on Turk?

Uh, did you not see what WOS RB Britton Lindsey did against Jasper last week? 36 carries, 308 yards and 5 TD's! I'll take Lindsey over Morrisey any day.

BTW, Morrisey had 76 yards on 25 carries against WOS, a 3yd average. ;)

Morrisey definitely runs down hill. He hits the hole hard and the couple of times he got loose on WOS he flat ran over our defensive backs. Run defense is WOS strong suit. If Silsbee is susceptible to the run, you could be right. However, it doesn't matter how many yards he gets if you get the "W".  ;)

Again BADSANTA, you are wrong. Your facts are wrong!! And your comparison as well.

First you are wrong in comparing WOS's O-line to Silsbee's O-line.( I think to prove the point of who is the better RB between WOS's Lindsey and Jasper's Morrisey, you would need to compare those two O-lines, not Silsbee's ;)) BTW, I'll take Silsbee's O-line against anyone's in district 18-3A and 21-3A. Now if you meant to compare WOS's D-line to Silsbee's D-line, then I might could understand where you are going with the comparison.

Now to the other "facts" you stated. Lumberton did not rush for 400 yards against Silsbee. They rushed for 190. Lumberton did pass for 323 though for a total offense of 513. Also, Newton only had 1 player rush over a 100 yards (Shorter had 115). Dean had 89. Silsbee's weakness isn't the run defense like you stated. They are giving up an average of 103.5 rushing yards a game and 164.75 passing yards a game. So it's pretty clear what the weakness is. (if you can call it a weakness).

Again Santa, do just a little bit of research before opening that mouth of yours and spewing falsehoods all over the forum. ::)

      Whatever happened to educating people so that they don’t go off the deep end pursuing an incident that shouldn’t be political in the first place? Seems everyone is looking for their “trigger”moment. The dumbing down of America has taken its toll. Anyone who would hold this against her is doing so out of spite and for political gain. Said people need to be ignored.

      You won’t get an argument from me that this won’t hurt her nationally but I don’t think this will hurt her in SD or even an appointment in a Republican administration.  I’m sure she saw backlash from some, apparently not from folks like you and me, which is significant, but like I said, I appreciate the honesty.

      Appreciate the confidence.  Why don’t we see how this works out for her.  Going great so far.  She MIGHT be able to get re-elected in South Dakota next election, but if a good candidate runs against her in the Republican primaries she may be in trouble.  I don’t think there’s a chance in hades she gets the VP nomination, and if for some reason Trump is dumb enough to give it to her, his chances of winning are probably over.  On a positive note, maybe DeSantis gets it now?  If they win and do a decent job then we’d have a VP ready to run for president in four years with a good shot of winning.

      I honestly don’t have an issue with it.  I grew up around livestock.  We had a neighbor lose nearly 30 animals in a 3-week period before they caught the dogs doing it. Those dogs needed to die.  I was there when my uncle killed a dog that was eating his chickens… didn’t bother me. If one of my dogs ever bites one of my kids it’ll be dead.  Immediately.  But some things are better left unsaid, and probably 90% of the country loves dogs, with only a small fraction of them being able to relate to why she did what she did.
