HJ will be a force this season with their new addition. We will just have to make a few minor tweaks to offset this new problem in district play. ;)[/quote]I guess I've distanced myself too far from the HJ program in the off-season. Of what new addition do you speak?

stevenash
The young man of whom you speak is, in my opinion, a real P L A Y E R. He doesnt make the mistake of trying to be Magic Johnson. He delivers two handed chest passes to the man ahead of him on the floor that are always very well placed making it easy for the receiver to take the appropriate action. Watched him play in 3 summer games and he made 0 mistakes. He will probably be underappreciated because he isn't a "flash" but rather a solid, sound player with sufficient speed/quickness to match up with anyone he guards. Equally good with left or right hand when going to the bucket and very proficient ball handler. And what I appreciate most of all, he plays the game well and yet doesnt feel the need to pound his chest, talk trash, give the icy stare, or use whatever "in" methods are currently in vogue to demonstrate defiance/arrogance. Jay Bilas
So, would this "transfer" to Hardin Jefferson be considered the "rich getting richer" or are any of you guys going to accuse this particular program of recruiting players to the "Metropolis" called Sour Lake, Texas?.... ::)....I am just asking.... 8)
