How does HJ compare to Silsbee this year?

On paper, Silsbee unfortunately(no offense to you Tiger fans but I'm an HJ supporter), but as they say, it's why they play the game.  I have complete faith that Coach Sutherland, Davis & Lee will have a game plan that will at least give Silsbee some problems.  It may not lead to victories for HJ but it will certainly give Silsbee some fits.

Agreed, if HJ were to beat Silsbee & win district it would be an upset.  Although HJ doesn't have a problem finishing second in district, it wouldn't surprise me to see them advance to at least the regional finals.

[/quote]It would be nice to be able to take the easy road through the play-offs for a change.  Let Silsbee have Cleveland and Navasota for once!  My blood pressure could use a year off!!

I think Silsbee would beat them the majority of the time.  7 out of 10
What is in HJ's favor is that they are in the same district, may sound funny, but this will mean more than likely they will have to play 3 times.  2 in district and will probably meet in the Playoffs.  It will be hard for Silsbee to beat them 3 times in a row.  It would benifit Sislbee IMO to lose one of the district games.  Just simply so they would not have to beat them 3 times in a row.

I believe the entire Silsbee organization never takes HJ lightly or anyone else for that matter with the exception of Jasper in the regional semis in 2009.
