Ned's all tied up with LCM in district now.  Things just got tighter in the playoff race

A Pitcher's Duel.  This was a great game to watch.  Both teams played with the intensity of playoff baseball.

WP:  Kirby Bellow  7 innings 11 Ks 2 hits

LP:  Josh Gardiner 6 1/3 innings 7 Ks 3 hits 1 unearned run.  Curve ball worked on several good hitters.

Defense in the end was the difference.  Ozen misses a foul ball for an out and throws the ball away trying for the double play on the same batter leading to the run.

Nederland makes a 1-2-3(Bellow-Terracina-Vidrine covering 1st) double play off a squeeze to get out of a bases loaded jam in the second.  Jordan Pitts takes a hit away on a play up the middle in the third.  Adam broussard and Ryan Brady make the plays in the outfield on a couple of hard hit balls in the 6th.
