I think that "ahh eater" is reasonable for thinking the huffmans have a good team especially after big wins over BC and LCM and I think hes more than correct to think that huffman will beat vidor.

Well LCM hasn’t played bride city or lumberton and have played liberty and Livingston which have atrocious defenses and we will have to see what vidor will do against this Huffman defense. Not everyone just watches the box score like you @BBtater984

Vidor is 2-1 in district. Loss to LCM (41-7) and beat BC (27-3) and Lumberton (63-34).

**Big win over BC... Have you watched BC? They sit at 3-5 overall and 2-2 in disctrict.

Then again you are just watching box scores… THEY PLAYED West Orange Stark and Silsbee dont bring up there pre district record.

Still dosent explain the LCM game. Vidor got manhandled by LCM and 41-7 is a BLOWOUT score and theres no other way of putting it. the huffmans whooped up on LCM.

huffmans defense has been hard to get by every since theve had 5 down so why woudnt they be able to put down a medicore vidor team when they can handle a team like LCM.

and not to mention huffmans offense we all its going to be a real long night for the Vidor Defense

This game will be a clear Huffman domination.

Vidor is not a team Huffman will struggle with. After the change to their defensive scheme they've seemed to turn things around and Huffman's offense will remain explosive for the whole season. Vidor's defense just doesn't match up well against the Falcons, and their little gimmick offense will struggle the way Huffman has been playing. Huffman has proved that they can turn things around vs a offense like that in their game vs Shepherd, they just didn't come out with the same fire as they did in the second half. I think this is a easy W for Huffman.

You must be new around here. It is Vidor's homecoming... Meaning I will not be going to the game cause the stadium will be packed to the limit. So, I'll be enjoying the game on my patio with 3 fingers of EHT Single Barrel and a Davidoff Nicaragua.

What does HH do well? 

Vidor's defense plays the run well and has struggled against the pass, but has shown flashes of improvement. Also, Vidor has had 2 weeks to prepare for HH. Not saying that will matter but HH is not the "dominating" team some posters believe they are. If they were, their record would be above .500.

No reason a Houston area school shouldn't be considered at the top of this district every single year. The athletic pool to choose from is WAY deeper.  And technically should maul this vidor team. But this vidor team is better coached and scrappy. This Huffman team is poorly coached and slower minus 2 or 3 guys

Vidors offense best one huffman will see?

lcm had key injuries is why that game went the way it did, for vidor reasons i was rooting for huffman.

However, vidor defense is hit and miss. We will lock down and teams some weeks then just inexplicably allow 42. The LCM game is a head scratcher for sure, but from what i hear the LCM tight end (44 i think?) single handily wrecked the game, kids a monster.
I see this game being similar to a few games vidor has played; similar to lumberton and navasota

going to be body blows all game; and a close game in the late 3rd turns into a vidor win due to vidor being able to just GRIND down huffmans d line like weve done to just about everyone except lcm and HF.

Huffman can easily run the ball, put it in the air when needed, and have proven that their defense can step up in times. HH has the record they have because they went against good competition during pre-district compared to other teams in the district. West fork and Splendora are both teams getting mentioned in “top 10 5a football” posts. Huffman will prove they just had a slow start.
