After going down 24-7 end of 1st Q, Silsbee outscored Stafford 42-6 the last 3 quarters.

Silsbee defense made some adjustments (still got hit by the big pass play a couple of times). But all in all made the stops when needed.

Silsbee offense grounded it out, particularly in 2nd half and dominated time of possession.

Silsbee 4-1 headed to a much needed bye week to heal up some.

Congrats Tigers for not giving up and toughing it out.

I wouldn't say Breeden is THE QB. Mathews is definitely holding his own and likely will keep his starting position.

I was told Breeden will be back in Week 8 or 9 at the earliest.

On a different note, just about every Silsbee game I have watched this year on Texan Live, the camera guy is by far the worst I have seen on TL and I have watched many games on TL.

He never follows the ball on passes or kicks and it's like sometimes he/she has fallen asleep but more likely playing on the phone. It's terrible camera work.

Show some actual care and pride in your work. C'mon man!!

I said the same thing. Two examples are the Carter Howard TD from Mathews and the RJ Williams TD pass vs BC last week. Terrible camera work every single game.

He was on crutches in the 2nd half.

That hurts on both sides of the ball.

Silsbee has had more than their share of key injuries thru the first 5 weeks of the season.

Heard it was a really bad ACL injury.

Heck of a job by the tigers to fight through an awful start to the game and turn it all the way around and end up with a fairly comfortable win
