From X: “JUST IN: US Senate candidate James Talarico (D) just ENDORSED a plan to force Texans into paying reparations to black people for slavery.” is this better?! Quote

OlDawg Posted 2 hours ago Report Posted 2 hours ago I don’t usually get into religious discussions as beliefs are personal. But, I’ve been wondering how Talarico can have a Master of Divinity from a Presbyterian aligned University, be a church leader as a member of the Presbyterian Church, and believe trans, and surgery to alter your sex is okay. Presbyterians believe God is infallible. This doesn’t seem to square. I haven’t heard anyone ask this question to Talarico. I’d be curious of his answer. Quote

I don’t know what he would answer. I think it’s all for confusion’s sake. Quote

The way I see it, he’s got 2 options. Either go against his faith and say God makes mistakes, or acknowledge that trans and self-identifiers have some serious mental issues. Either way, I don’t see him holding the high ground much better than Paxton. At least Paxton isn’t pretending to be a religious leader. Quote

IT will be the same result. Texas may turn blue, but it won't be this round baddog 1 Quote

He also says God is non-binary. That’s all I need to hear from that whacko. Nothing he says can erase that. Reagan 1 Quote
