Current HFC is still there and applied for the combined AD/HFC gig

Now him getting it is another story but sounds like he does want it

A fairly naive question understanding that you failed to read the question (or at least lost track of what was stated). Barbay has not been there in 11 years. Several coaches "made it work" in the past including Ken Stanley. What is happening right now has never happened in the district before. That is why TEA will be taking control in a few weeks and burning the district down. Did that happen when Barbay was there? Also, do you suppose that Barbay had an athletic budget?

This has been going on for years even before Barbay was there.  He was hired in my Senior year and he was left with a budget way messed up than what it is now.

Can’t pin point the exact cause. Like most situations it is a combination of factors. However, the ultimate responsibility of financial and staff mismanagement lies with the superintendent and school board. All of whom will be dismissed by the state in short order and replaced by a state board.

This is a current bond proposal for this month but it doesn't have any information about the high school itself which is a shame but it's great for areas.
