Not sure there is a such thing as unrealistic expectation with the kid of athletes they have in Center.

Isn't Hightower Head Coachless? Not sure that is a word, but you know what I mean.
-
Not necessarily, they still have 2 district games left.

Huntington travels to Tarkington in the biggest game in the schools history. With a chance to make the playoffs for the first time ever, Huntington......... finish this sentence.

How long was the FG? -
I know who you are talking about and you are correct. I also know that if he wouldn't have gone with TF to Woodville, the one that was going to go is also a heck of a QB developer.

Competition brings out the best in competitors, Shug wil go compete and the best man will win.

Who's yalls QB? If you are counting on speed to win this game then you might be in trouble, if the field is anything like it was when Tatum played there last year then look out. Glad to hear that Huntington is looking better, that would be a feel good story for that team to finally have some success.

Is Hardin better than they were last year? Didn't the QB graduate? What is the new coach in Livingston running on offense and defense? -

Evadale Assistant Football Coaching job
LOUD and Proud replied to rebelcat's topic in High School Football
Larger Coaching staffs at the bigger schools, so many new schools opening up, not near as many people going into the profession and those that are tend to stay at the college level and go the GA route in hopes of hitting the coaching $$$$ jackpot that is Division I coaching. Numerous factors have led to the shortage in our profession and the small schools that can't pay are the ones getting hit the hardest. -
There may be a delay in the Previews

Hope everything is still positive and moving forward. God Bless you and prayers for a full recovery!! -
I agree with you and most O-Line coaches keep this information, it's just not made public. Recruiters aren't looking at stats anyways. They are looking at size first, feet second, strength third and overall domination on film. Don't sleep on Andrew Culpeper in Huntington, this dude is a beast. He is on Baylor's radar for sure and soon to be many others.

Stupid, lazy hire.

Livingston hires new Head Coach/AD
LOUD and Proud replied to Royden Ogletree's topic in High School Football
You obviously know ZERO about the staffs that Randy Rowe was able to assemble there. The reason 90% of the coaches left after Broussard's first season was because he was a terrible leader. He may be a good may with good intentions, but he was not a a good leader of coaches.- 42 replies

This is the answer to the Question. They have an abundance of talent, compared to the competition they face on a weeklt basis. Newton ran up against an Arp team two years ago that had just as much talent and were beaten soundly.
