But, when a coach is given an opportunity, then leaves for another opportunity they see as a step up, I'm not sure I'm fond of them reaching back to the school that gave them their opportunity in the first place and poaching top players from that program. I'd like to think there would be some type of 'gentleman's agreement' about that sort of thing. Probably naive on my part.
