It was rhetorical. Chuckie will be at the top of the list. Him and his cronies will forget all about unarmed Ashli Babbitt.

I defended the shooting of Ashli Babbitt. I defend the ICE officer in this shooting. We can't expect the officer to interpret intent in a split second.

there's articles from legitimate sources where Good's wife is quoted as blaming herself for making her go to the protests. Her mother is straight up lying.

Yep. Of course, she’s being called a ‘legal observer’ now. Apparently, that’s the new name for someone interfering in law enforcement operations.

I do feel sorry for her 6 year old son. Apparently, his father has passed away already also.

I do to, and apparently she didn't have someone that could help her from being stupid.

When my Son was less than 2 years old, I was invited to race a car on a dirt track in the bomber class off Hwy 90.  I invited family and friends because I was so excited. I came in second to qualify and ended up 8th overall in the Novice division and even won $150.00..... Being super excited and having an absolute blast, after the race I told my Father I wanted to start racing, and eventually move to the modified class. He took me off to the side and told me I had a kid to raise, and I should not get into any hobby that could leave me crimple or dead......I took raising my Son serious and never gave racing a second thought. Moral of story, I think I've read she had 3 kids.....now orphans because of a stupid decision she made, and with just a tiny bit of thought, she could have came to the conclusion it may end in death or a minimum jail.....

It’s a shame, and a waste of life. I don’t understand why people think ICE operations are any different than FBI operations. I seriously doubt if protestors would be blocking an FBI raid.

I dont think that FBI agents cover their faces. Some agent is going to get killed because they approached someone who didnt know who they were

TDS. According to this article, they moved to Canada when Trump was elected in 2024. Had just recently moved back. Apparently they decided the best use of their time was this stupidity.

Not sure how well her mother actually knew her daughter...

I guess the big badge, handcuffs, gun and vest with huge ICE or HSE across it is not enough for someone to know who they are LOL. That's a clown take. If your ilk weren't out there doxxing and threatening them, they wouldn't have to wear a mask.

They seem to have figured out who to throw stuff at, maybe if the left wasn’t doxxing ICE agents, they wouldn’t have to cover their face.

ICE is doing nothing wrong, simply doing their job.

It’s claimed logic that I don’t understand.

Let’s see, he is in a patrol vehicle with lights, he is wearing police gear, he has a badge and patches that say police but I can’t see his face so it might not be the police.

Oh wait, I can clearly see his eyes and nose now, yep, that’s a cop because I can see his eyes and nose!!

Because you can tell by a person’s profession by his face? That would be like me walking through the mall and pointing at someone and saying, that’s a firefighter, that’s a nurse, that’s a secretary……

In related news, there was a mostly peaceful shooting of TDA gang members in Portland as they attempted to run down Federal officers. Liberals are outraged and telling ICE to get out of Portland.

Seems to be a common refrain, regardless of the status of the victim or their actions. Only the actions of the officers are being criticized.

In a quirky—but true—twist of fate, the street where protesters were interfering with Federal Law Enforcement and Mrs. Good was fatally shot in Minneapolis?

Portland Ave.

Well, I guess that video tells the tale……except for the mayor. He dismissed it saying the agent limped away. What a POS. People like him are the reason she’s dead.

In Plumhoff v. Rickard, the Supreme Court issued a ruling on a police vehicle chase that ended up in a parking lot with the suspect vehicle stopped briefly and surrounded by police cars or officers. The driver backed up in a U-turn and took off again, almost striking officers. The vehicle was then past all officers so none were in direct danger. Officers opened fire into the back of the fleeing vehicle, killing the driver and passenger. The ruling was unanimous that the use of force was lawful. Even though no officers were in direct line of the vehicle at that time, to continue the chase would endanger the public and officers.

In Graham v. Connor the police mistakenly thought that Graham might have been involved in an armed robbery. When they stopped him, he was acting irrationally and jumping around outside of the car. The officers used force on Graham and I believe broke his foot. It turns out that Graham was having a diabetic crisis and was completely innocent. So the officers mistakenly stopped the vehicle that he was riding in and then mistook his serious medical crisis as resistance. Graham sued all the way to the Supreme Court. A unanimous Supreme Court ruling said that the officers’ use the force was reasonable under the circumstances as they appeared to be to the officers actually at the scene. In their writing, the Supreme Court said that the officers had to make split second decisions and it was not something that could be decided calmly months later in a judge’s chambers.

It’s not difficult. If you use force against officers or if you are told to stop and you don’t, you might be opening yourself up to having lawful force or deadly force used against you. The Supreme Court does not appear to be sympathetic to people who resist because they believe in a cause.

The First Amendment guarantees the right of the people peaceably to assemble.  Blocking or obstructing the police or using force against them is not a peaceable assembly.

Just sayin’…..
