I'm single and mine is 1700 sq ft and highest in summer is 200ish. I do wish we had options. Quote

Insulation is key and so is plenum size, proper ductwork, and unit tonnage…..any one of which can produce terrible results. 1700 sq ft is the perfect size. Quote
